I don't think there is enough space in that plot my land my guess would be Goofys sky school and parts of paradise gardens.

I was thinking maybe replacing Goofy's Sky School and the surrounding area.

This looks like the perfect counter programming to an entirely new theme park they knew was coming. Let’s hope they got more coming….
