So, it must be the wing closest to Hollywood Way that is finished?

Looking good.

What time are the first guests meant to be arriving? Standard 3pm check in?

Must be an interesting sensation to know you are the first ones to use the resort and room.

It is the wing closest to I-4.

I don't believe that is correct, the wing along Hollywood Way is already finished and open (have seen photos from people in rooms on that side).

Hmmm, I saw a picture on the twit that made one side of the ferry lagoon appear completely unlandscaped. The side next to those southern most wings.

They look staged. Seriously? The only thing that family is missing for the postcard is the tiny fluffy dog.

Parks pick near perfect families for events, parades, etc. You will almost never see them pick a single middle aged person

That's what I meant by staged. I guess I would like to see a little less picture perfect family. I can see not picking a single person, but maybe a family that looks a little less like they were sent over from central casting.

You'd think they could have got a more enthusiastic family if they were picking.

Looks like they got a bit overwhelmed when they walked inside and found a three ring circus looking at them or a gauntlet they had to run. Looked a bit like the arena scenes of Hunger Games. And those didn't end so well.

I'm guessing they were told to act surprised or something, and they took that to mean having a look of horror on their faces.
The amusing part to me is how they look like they are dressed for a garden party, not checking into a hotel on vacation.

They should go to Wal Mart & pick a random Roseanne/John Goodman type looking couple. At least they would be more fun.

Between this and the first full official day of Kong I wonder if it is a bit quieter at WDW today?

It's not like housekeeping needs to clean the rooms, they've been ready for a while. May as well let people in and let them start their vacations.
