Bioreconstruct latest:

First thing to note, these have been around a little while but I wonder if those vertical hanging supports will be permanent for the stairs at the top centre of the volcano...? I would hope not and hope they are just temporary however looking at the structure of the stair if they were removed I can't see how they would structurally support themselves....

It looks quite odd. I was hoping it was going to be structural to stick some volcano parts too.

My faith in that happening is also dropping for the fact it looks like some of the water coaster isn't as protected as it was before.

I believe once those are wrapped in rope or something similar they won't stick out as much.

I've been wondering what they could wrap or shroud it in.

I'm optimistic they will. It's so ugly otherwise it seems they have to solve that problem somehow.

But if they don't then it's a pretty craptacular failure in a very visible location.

I mean, they already wrapped some of the coaster's supports so I imagine they thought of these too.

The one thing that troubles me is that I can't find concept art of that side of the mountain.

This is the closest I could find. Looks like two big spikes that wrap around the inner section. The left spike reaches the bottom of the stairs. Maybe it _does_ attach to that metal work but is more of a facade rather than structural?Screen Shot 2017-04-21 at 20.55.50.png
The watercoaster is bursting out the facade. That isn't there yet either.Screen Shot 2017-04-21 at 20.56.44.png

However, this concept video still shows the fountains shooting out cloverleaf saucer. So things can change.

Compare the top rendering to this one from Mickeyxtreme and there is definitely a difference

Big update video I just finished is up now. Still working on getting photographs online, (I may have taken a bit too many this time.) It's been awhile since I did this. It's so cool to see everything (actually) coming together.

Oh, and there's a lot of faces in that volcano. A lot.

Can I just say that I believe I can speak for many in that I appreciate this thread Immensely.
Between our insider information from guys like @Teebin to our exclusive pictures from @AliciaStella to the incredible breakdowns of everything from @Dan B
And of course the mods/admins who make this all possible and most importantly- everyone's opinions and comments- the level of knowledge and thoughtful input here is remarkable. We have our own designed poster for heaven's sake. This whole construction process was made more enjoyable by participating here.

Okay, just finished the post to go along with the video (above.) In total I posted over 60 photographs (and a couple screenshots from the video that my camera couldn't shoot.) I'll post some below, but there's just so many I can't really put them all here. All pics can be seen here.

Okay, I posted way more here than I was planning to. (Sorry.) Still some more left to see on the post.

Awesome shots, Alicia!

i had not seen this before. As routine as an entrance may be, i love the look of the entrance here and those rock-walled walkways. The reveal when you turn out of that entrance could be pretty great.

edit: too many drinks from my CBBR sippy...
