This is my first year trying to follow speculation since it's the first year I plan to take my 13 yr old.

Can someone explain why IFrit is so credible? In the short time I've been watching he has very, very strongly implied Lost Boys and Thing, yet this board says both have very low chance of happening. Some posters say both are out. Now he puts another clue out there and people are completely glossing over the Lost Boys and Thing missteps? Doesn't such a glaring inaccuracy (2 inaccuracies!) mean we should not be paying attention to that source?

Anyone help me understand this while we await the announcement?

That makes me sad.

Thing was awesome and my first house ever, and I wanted to share that with my kid who saw the original movie a couple weeks ago for the first time.

It's strange a thing with him. He is incredibly vague where it could be anything - but also directly on the nose with others giving it away completely. There is no in-between.

Hmmm, 1982.. Stranger Things is based off of '84, correct? If there are 9 houses, what if each house is based off of each year from 1981-1989? Just a thought.

All I'll say is three of those IPs aren't happening. And possibly a 4th. I'm iffy on the 4th.
