Ok so Godzilla is still a long shot but better chance than a new Kong. Maybe it’s also because Kong lacks enemies.Godzilla needs an attraction, but he doesn’t need Kong part of it. Kong is irrelevant to Godzilla’s popularity.

I got it man you seem angry. I wasn’t being rude or anything.Ok, you've been discussing this moot point for five pages now. Please drop it as it's not going anywhere and derailing this thread.

Time sure does fly. Feels like yesterday.I mean, I don't see @Joe's post as being angry..but it's stating a point that is relevant.
You have been making the same point, of Kong and the Monsterverse; for multiple weeks at this point.
Let alone the five pages, it has become as if you are beating a horse to death, multiple times. Trust me, I love redundancy when it makes sense..but there can sometimes be a limit.
This thread, isn't about that either. This thread, is about an attraction in Islands of Adventure that opened nearly two years ago.
Time sure does fly. Feels like yesterday.
The buildup and events surrounding the opening are still fresh. Hard to believe we are looking at two coasters building since. One almost done and another breaking ground.Time sure does fly. Feels like yesterday.
I honestly think the projection and 3D will be updated over timeWasn’t trying to drag this conversation on about Kong it’s just I don’t understand why their won’t be anything done in theme park form for the new movies. I guess we can talk about maybe upgrading the long attraction and eventually take away the 3D glasses like on the forbidden journey. Since 3D glassses will become old overtime .

I'd actually be surprised. Kong was designed to showcase 3D. FJ was never supposed to be 3D.Honestly, that's what I'd anticipate more than anything.
With the partnership that Universal has with Christie, I wouldn't be surprised if down the road, Kong gets projector updates to go 8K (with resolutions updated in the process).
I'd also not be shocked if 3D gets phased out, in a similar way to how FJ in Hollywood received those changes.

Yes. and it appears F&F is even worst without it's originally intended 3D. Kong is great with 3D. No need to change it. I think it would really suffer if it wasn't 3D.
The day they invent a glasses-less 3D, it will be a beautiful thingHonestly, that's what I'd anticipate more than anything.

They have. It’s called physical props. The day they invent a glasses-less 3D, it will be a beautiful thing
Every form of 3D has drawbacks. I was most impressed with FOP's 3-D glasses though. How the heck are they so transparent. They're obviously passive but they are the clearest 3D lenses I've ever seen. (The worst is Star Tours. For some weird reason, every glasses doesn't;t have the 3D coating all the way to the top - so when you bounce around the 3D effect disappears for a moment and the image blurs.)The day they invent a glasses-less 3D, it will be a beautiful thing
