Ah so it’s more like a Shining situation. Hopefully they can get it since King in any form is a big pull for the GP, even with Creepshow being a lesser known IP.

Admittedly I immediately thought that meant it wasn’t Creepshow, but the way it was phrased left potential for double meaning.

I’m not getting any way the other IPs would struggle so?

Didn’t they use sleep paralysis to tease the last announcement? I’m surprised they supposedly pushed from Tuesday to today considering Endgame premieres today. Although they did release Nightengales against the episode 9 trailer

End game won’t be out til mostly later tonight across the country. I don’t really see a issue with them announcing something today. Personally since sleep paralysis was mentioned I thought we might finally get a video for nightingales.

I expected an announcement yesterday. That was the date I saw last month, and the announcement is prepped.

Well, was prepped.

Remember what I’ve said about Scream? Either they never had the rights, OR Uni got the rights, I guess, implying it would be current, then building the original film with a plan to beg forgiveness. Then it backfired.

That’s the story I was told.

I mean, I have a lot of respect for Stephen King but while he is the guy who allowed the new IT he also allowed The Dark Tower film.
