Halloween Horror Nights 21: Your Luck Has Run Out

The "black jack" theme could be cool. Have the theme be chance and the icon be gambling with souls or something like that.

I dunno, I'm rambling, but they could definitely do something cool.

Just for the love of god don't actually have Jack in it...

true....it is something HOS would do. they take something from real life and find a way to make something about it go horribly horribly wrong. from what i have seen from HHN a lot of it is kinda...fiction...to me at least

not saying it couldnt.

HOS: One night, Jim was playing BJ with a shadowed person in the alley. He wagered everything he owned for a chance of riches beyond his imagination could dream of. He looses and little did he know his life was included in the wager.

HHN: A guy named BJ would go around stalking people. When they least expect it, BJ appears out of no where capture them and take the people to his layer. Each person is hung upside down over a pit of fire and is told to draw a card. If they get lower than 21 they die. If higher, they die. If exact...they live...for now...No one has yet to live because his deck is secretly fixed.

thats how i can see each park doing Blackjack

Well done.

what can i say. i make films. gotta be able to tell a story.

but for the 21st year of HHN idk if they would do something like that or not.

I like the idea. I think the Black Jack icon would have a great opening show with "the victim" playing his deadly game. :sneaky:

^ The Dealer huh,

Psychoscareapy: Overdose at Shadybrook

You guys wouldn't like an icon named "The Dealer"? I would. Everything like festival/casino/party gone wrong.

Then we could have a commercial rehash like Carnival of Carnage's and just replace Jack with The Dealer....I wouldn't mind bringing back those old commericials, I enjoyed them.

But THIS is the commercial I would do with an icon like a card dealer:

Scene Blackjack table.

Sitting at the table is a frustrated player and the dealer is collecting his recent winning the last hand. The player relunctlantly places his last chip on the table and is dealt his hand, he hits, and then hits again ending on 20. The dealer flips his card, hits, and the hits again, hitting 21.

"I''m sorry, I guess no chicken dinner for you tonight."

Pulls the card off the deck and does a swiping motion towards the camera...a splatter of blood falls on the table and on the cards (to show contrast)

Screen goes black and the words show up.

"Have you met The Dealer?"

Goonies!!! Oh man, Goonies and Gremlins in the same year? Might not be scary in the traditional way, but man would that be fun. I wish they'd do a better X-Files themed house. It needs a good redeemer after "The Spawning."

I loved the old commecials where they always would say "Come meet the Director" or "Meet the Caretaker" and every year I wished for a Grinches Lair experience with the icons where you were put into the commercial. How amazing would it have been with the diector or in the room with the Storyteller? This experience would be amazing.
