Battleship was a huge bomb in theaters and got terrible review. Not sure what they would do with that.

So was Waterworld but it got an attraction.

They wouldn't have built it 4 years after the movie tanked though. The movie/show opened the same summer. Different era at Universal too. 


Also Waterworld still sold 20m tickets in the US, Battleship only sold 8.
