I feel confident that at least some doughnuts will be made inside the store. I look forward to hearing reports and seeing videos.

Yeah, there were plumbing permits filed for new gas pipes to service a donut fryer and a convection oven, so they'll definitely be making some donuts in the shop:
And speaking of the permits.. the final inspections for all trades is scheduled for Monday, 3/19. So we could definitely see this opening before the end of March:

Excellent detective work. If all work is being done on site, it must be a big ass oven and fryer.
Geeepers this place has its funk and groove going on. One might expect the cashier to be completely stoned and mellow.

Yes, and it doesn't appear there is anywhere for the line to go should it get long...Could be interesting haha
Donuts will be made in house third shift.
Perhaps, I can't see inside, but it appears the staircase is decorated much like Toothsome
