See it as artistic freedom. It's a theme park land, not a faithful recreation of everything seen in the movies. We would end up with a lot of land and a huge lake and that just doesn't make sense. Besides that, even the movies take freedom to change the castle and the grounds from movie to movie.
I know right, 2010 doesn’t feel like that long ago.
Crazy to think what this resort will look like in another 9 years.
Edit: an almost 10 year old attraction and it still blows my mind
Many rides, never ever, not once did it stop on me. That or Earthquake. :wow:

This is a very long reply.. but I've never been to Disney. Lol. I'm fine with Mummy, but this looks a tad more intense than that.
No. It was right as we entered the diorama and we got to walk around freely taking pictures and stuff. It was amazing.Did they have to wake you up to evac you from Ellen's Energy? I always dozed off on that ride.
I feel like when we get past the layout not making sense disagreement, we can start talking about what may be inside the queue.

Forget the bridge. Those two buildings don’t look anything alike. Not only is the shape and design not even close to one another, but the scale would be atrocious.
OK....time's up on the layout....
.....Soooooo, tell us what you know, or surmise, about the queue. Lately, that's where Universal has done their best work. :thumbsup:Just remember, Hogwarts has hidden tunnels and passageways. So I don't care what this thing looks like on the outside.
The crazy thing about the queue is there are a few really big rooms that had switchbacks that were never used. There could be full scenes in there if they wanted to make them.
But if it ends up being a whole queue similar to the last room in the Kong queue showing off Hagrid's creatures, it would be awesome.
I have the feeling that those switchbacks might be used for this attraction.
I just don't see it? That queue is just so damn big. Plus I think the ride is going to have great capacity.
I think he meant it will have massive lines when it opens but I am presuming to speak for another so......

The queue was insane, larger than Gringotts or FJ. Think it holds over an hour line for two B&M inverts so at least 4,000 people.

Even with massive lines I don't see them needing all the switchbacks in that building.
Fun fact: "If you stretched the Dueling Dragon's queue into a straight line, it would reach from Los Angeles to Chicago".
A secret passage could lead to the Room of Requirement for anyone who is in need, and I guess we need help.
Argus Filch knows at least about 3 secret passages where the destination is unknown and due to the lore there are at least 7 passage ways out of Hogswart. So there is a lot of opportunities for J.K. Rowling to fill in some blanks and expand the universe.
