So it really just depends on what a World is. Dreamworks May have a world consisting of Trolls and HTTYD. Really think it’s just HTTYD though. So we must have some new IP and may be the reason for the early announcement. Maybe it is a Nickelodeon world with SpongeBob and maybe Reptar land. Highly unlikely.

Really hoping for a sci-fi land with Godzilla. With Toho super happy about the movies and continuing they agreement maybe they wanted to delve into theme parks in America too.

I used the upwards optimistic figure relying on the info from a couple of insiders that Potter would be one of the 5 lands in the new park. If that Potter info is incorrect, I doubt if they'd reach 10 million, even with a Nintendo land. Potter people will come.
This answer to a projected attendance question ,was posted on this thread in June 2018. Our private info, from 2 key insiders, one of who is from the UK (hint), was 5 lands, hub/spoke style. For some reason, word spread around for 4 lands. So, IU had the 5 lands concept first....I guess the future will tell But our original info was 5 lands, not 4. Keeping fingers crossed it's 5.
