Something about the 80s aesthetic makes me feel like they could've done with more gore, like one of those trashy slashers or the beginning scene of It Follows. The '17 trailer had plenty of it "suggested," and it was very cool to see.
Here's the Ghostbusters one.
I'm so confused. Why not just have it in the regular commercial??
There's always weird restrictions rights holders impose on these sorts of things (for years Marvel required a certain amount of space for their characters on all advertising for IoA). Taking a guess there's something similar for Ghostbusters (such as must be its own ad, cannot be seen with other characters, etc).

Probably a rights issue. Agreement with Sony doesn't allow use with other properties or (or certain types of properties) or something.
Who wants to start one? I'm genetically incapable of starting one without a silly title, and your fine HHN coverage deserves marginally more mature handling. Not yet.

Will it not be on the shirt at all? Will it not be included in the house line-up like Blumhouse last year?Just like how Ghostbusters won’t be on the house shirt. Ghostbusters is a brand that doesn’t like to be associated with other competing brands.
The version that I’ve seen, it is not. Will it not be on the shirt at all? Will it not be included in the house line-up like Blumhouse last year?
It’s odd that they tweeted that about Cabana Bay and then....nothing.

Maybe it wasn't worth the tweet in the first place. It’s odd that they tweeted that about Cabana Bay and then....nothing.
