Halloween Horror Nights 29 General Discussion

Something about the 80s aesthetic makes me feel like they could've done with more gore, like one of those trashy slashers or the beginning scene of It Follows. The '17 trailer had plenty of it "suggested," and it was very cool to see.

When I saw the girl with the popcorn I immediately thought Scream and thought they were going for a slasher vibe.

I'm so confused. Why not just have it in the regular commercial??

There's always weird restrictions rights holders impose on these sorts of things (for years Marvel required a certain amount of space for their characters on all advertising for IoA). Taking a guess there's something similar for Ghostbusters (such as must be its own ad, cannot be seen with other characters, etc).
