Backstage attraction tours - worth it / current list?

Have a quick 2.5 day trip coming up without the kids, and was wondering if we should try one of the ride specific backstage tours. Have read about them from time to time on the site, but wondering about the current list and if it worth the time. Thoughts?

I think I have seen the following posted over the years:
MIB - go down onto the main floor which you only see from the queue
Mummy - under the track? This one sounded cool.

I remember Twister had one, kicking myself for never asking on prior trips.

Race Through New York offered one as well. Honestly, they are all pretty cool add-ons to your trip. They don't cost anything and it doesn't hurt to ask. I'd say do as many as you can!

Ask at the attraction entrance and if they have the staff and operations permits they will allow you to tour.
