Is Disney no longer capitalizing the US at the end of the word? Was lower case in Disney's blog post, too. Good change, if so.

    Jurassic Park Expansion/New Coaster

I saw that, too. They can't get that work done fast enough.

    The Future of KidZone

I don't know that I'd need the boat ride to also be a flume (with two already in the park next door), but aside from that nitpick, I like that idea a lot.

    Forum Upgrade Downtime

Is there a way for alerts/notifications to automatically update/appear, as they used to on the previous version of the site? Currently, you have to refresh the page to see if there are any new ones. Or at least I do, anyway. Not a big deal, but wanted to see if that's feasible.

Universal's Epic Universe Wish List & Speculation

Let's hope minimal/transitional. Anything heavier would threaten to enter "It's just a Forbidden Journey clone" territory. Giant, elaborate sets and lots of monster animatronics should be the selling points.

    JAWS Remake

That's the thing: JAWS cannot be improved.

    New Canada/China 360 Films, Beauty & The Beast Sing-Along

I'll be seeing this next week, so I'm going to refrain from watching any videos. Hopefully it's solid!

No Time To Die (Bond 25)

I'm skeptical that Eilish's fanbase will suddenly be interested in the James Bond series. I think it's much more that the execs want to, as much as possible, guarantee that they sell a lot of records and get some "hip" press. You're two-thirds right! :) "Writing's on the Wall" has great...

    New Canada/China 360 Films, Beauty & The Beast Sing-Along

I'm pleased to hear that Disney has seemingly done this update the right way.

    Epcot Overhaul (General Discussion)

Absolutely unacceptable and unforgivable. I know it won't happen, but I hope BATB bombs and gets low guest scores.

    Play! Pavilion - Opening 2021

That's certainly intriguing, but I'm not holding my breath!

Rise of the Resistance - Boarding Passes/Uptimes (DHS)

How are they going to handle implementing the boarding group system on multiple attractions in the same park (assuming, for example, that they're still using it for ROTR when Runaway Railway opens)? Will people be allowed to hold multiple boarding passes for different attractions at the same...

Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway (DHS)

I was using "grand" in the sense of involving more extensive physical stuff than it now sounds like it will include. I had been under the impression it was not going to be heavily simulator-y. I was just reporting what I read.

Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway (DHS)

On Magic, Martin is reporting that essentially 50% of the ride will involve being "parked" in front of screens "like Ratatouille." I'm very excited for the projection-mapping-onto-actual-sets-that-transform element of this attraction, but Martin's information does not increase my anticipation...

    Epcot Overhaul (General Discussion)

Has there yet been any official explanation of how the shows are going to alternate? It's three per hour, right? So is it going to be pure alternation (A then B then A then B, etc.), or is IDF always going to be that middle showing each hour?

    JAWS Remake

I find this extremely hard to believe, for three primary reasons: 1. The novel actually isn't very good. Doing a more faithful adaptation would not be a selling point, because virtually every change made for the movie was a change for the better. 2. Spielberg's extremely protective of his...

    Some fantastic stuff in there.

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance (DHS)

7am park openings are now going to be a thing for, essentially, the rest of the month. Disney's Hollywood Studios Extends Park Hours Through January 26th I never thought I'd need to be at a park gate at 5:50am at the end of January, but it's looking like that's what it's going to be.

    Theme Park Insider 2020 Awards

I'd still give the edge to Magic Kingdom (in Orlando), and I think Islands of Adventure is currently significantly weakened by what's happening to Jurassic Park, but once that's in the past (and wonderful theme work is hopefully returned to that area), IOA definitely belongs in the Best Theme...
