Rise of the Resistance - Boarding Passes/Uptimes (DHS)

That was just the part where Spock & Capt. Kirk go back in time and land in 2020 Orlando. So, no real big deal.

    Jurassic Park Expansion/New Coaster

same here. It hurts to see that area in it's present state. We stayed far away from it in Nov. didn't even go to Kong.

Rise of the Resistance - Boarding Passes/Uptimes (DHS)

Spent some time reading RotR posts on Magic today, for the first time in a bit. Recent posts by Magic Insiders are saying the ride has apx. 40% downtime daily with elevators and sensors being the primary reasons. ROTR ride capacity at DHS is running at apx. 50% now and capacity at Disneyland is...

Rise of the Resistance - Boarding Passes/Uptimes (DHS)

Schadenfreude.....Everyone that I've seen today (Pittsburgh area), and mentioned to them how cold Orlando was this morning, had an instant smile on their face. Misery certainly loves company.

Universal's Epic Universe Wish List & Speculation

Regardless of the claim, I too think this is intended to be Universal's answer to MK, with a MK/IOA type combo of irresistible immersion lands.

Should have fortified your body with the JB shooters.....under .8 alcohol driving content of course

    The Future of KidZone

ahhhh Synergy with the Shrek movies reboot....but then again, even a smelly swamp could never defeat the 'KidZone Kurse'.

Universal's Epic Universe Wish List & Speculation

Different demographics and a thing called 'balance'. We love good live shows. We quit going to BGW when they gutted their roster of really good live shows, and the park's attendance, even with new coasters, has never recuperated. The better balance a park has, the better chance it will have to...

Mary Poppins Attraction - UK Pavilion

Might be best just to leave that nice area as it is, instead of bringing in a sub par attraction.

Universal's Epic Universe Wish List & Speculation

and even though it's seasonal, lets not forget the very high quality "Grinchmas Show". It shows that Universal is capable, if they would put their effort into it....instead of wasting space like it does with Fear Factor and two empty theaters.

General Discussion - Hagrid's Magical Creature Motorbike Adventure

Looking at Touring Plans the past month and change, it appears to be running 90% to 100% most days. But there is the occasional day with weather issues where it drops to apx. 70% up time, 30% downtime, or late opening. But not many of those anymore.

Perhaps it was a Rowling and/or Warner decision (sign).

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance (DL)

Good article by Niles on Theme Park insider today, addressing the issues that Disneyland is experiencing with their virtual boarding (Niles is saying it's turned into a lottery) system.

    Jurassic Park Expansion/New Coaster

Yes, I like the Orlando version as is. It just needs a refresher upgrade a bit better than the annual refurbs. It doesn't have the sight line issues that Hollywood's version had, so there's no real need to change it. In it's present form,it's' 'old school' Universal. It's nice to have a couple...

    SeaWorld Orlando's Future Plans

Like Kennywood did with their Luna Park type addition (Lost Kennywood) a couple decades ago....Weather's been really good most of this 'almost winter'. A couple inches tomorrow is no sweat, and even if we get some freezing rain, it's not a commuter day so it shouldn't be bad. Alene and I will...

    Tron Lightcycle / Run (2021)

Since New Fantasyland opened, there really hasn't been many days MK reached any of the closed for capacity levels....like they used too. Tron should be another positive, though just a little bit.
