The Future of Lost Continent (Poseidon Fury closing May 9)

It’s encouraging they at least have several solid concepts they’re considering. Glad the creative team has a lot of ideas for such a deep IP.

    Hollywood Rip, Ride, Rockit

USF strikes me as the more “family” park for UOR. Given Minion, Dreamworks, and future Pokemon, I’m fine with this park not getting a coaster more intense than Mummy. This park can just offer more versatility I feel.

New Parade at Universal Studios Florida (Rumor)

Considering the cost cutting currently, I will gladly take this little extra work we got here then. This is somehow new info to me!

The Future of Lost Continent (Poseidon Fury closing May 9)

Do you think it’s more for how to design the land, or what types of rides they want to include? I can understand design is difficult for Zelda tbh.

It can close down and be empty if they don’t, the Toon Lagoon theatre says hello.

I’m sure Supercharge closes as soon as they open the F&F coaster.

So is it expected the entrance stays the same here? Or is that moving if it’s F&F? I could seem the former Blue Man Group building being torn down and using that area for queue space and load station.

    Future of Toon Lagoon

Idk the IP would be outside of the Hobbit (assuming LOTR goes to EU), but id absolutely love this post Zelda.

    Future of Toon Lagoon

Very early, but the Wild Robot looks extremely promising from Dreamworks so who knows, maybe that’s in the cards too.

    Disneyland Resort

This is annoying, what is it? I hate “you won’t BELIEVE” what is happening then it’s a special cupcake. If there’s a rumor, share the rumor????? This feels like clickbait until I’m proven wrong.

    Hollywood Rip, Ride, Rockit

If we all want USF to change within this decade, the park will have to suffer capacity rides. Doing 1 thing at a time won’t work for a mini overhaul of the park. Replace HRRR in 2026, hopefully if the rumors are true Pokemon could be 2027, and within 3-4 years we already have 2 major upgrades...

    Epcot (General Discussion)

They’re gonna demo the inside and make it “Figment’s Popcorn Factory” you just WAIT
  13. Cup_Of_Coffee

    Hollywood Rip, Ride, Rockit

It’s not like HRRR or Simpsons rides are the most popular in the park. It will surely hurt capacity a bit, but if they ever bothered putting in a real show in Fear Factor, that immediately helps.

DreamWorks Land coming to USF (2024)

Is it just moving, or are we getting a new entry?

Universal's Epic Universe General News & Discussion

I’m a January 2026 guy. Give it time to work out the kinks, cooler weather, and hopefully, somewhat slower crowds inbetween MLK day and Valentines Day.

That’s fair, I get your point. If you enjoy a fantasyland DL style dark ride, I guess then I’m unsure of the complaints against CITH.

If anyone ever complains we want more dark rides for families but don’t enjoy the CITH, idk what you’re looking for!

Tiana's Bayou Adventure (Opening Summer 2024)

For what it’s worth, my Disney info has been off a lot lately, but I have heard July 4th goal for an opening. Weird it’s not announced yet with expected lower crowds this summer.

Tiana's Bayou Adventure (Opening Summer 2024)

I recently rewatched The Imagineering Story on Disney +. Highly recommend for any reader of this forum. Of course, some corporate propaganda is involved there, but Kim Irvine made a good point. We do, until proven completely otherwise, need to trust the people behind these attraction re-do’s...

Tiana's Bayou Adventure (Opening Summer 2024)

I can see them being extra careful with announcements. This could be a very popular re-do of a classic, so expectations are rather high for many. Need it operating perfectly from day 1.
