There was a thread on the old IOACENTRAL site that used to have the old origin backstory, and it was really cool. They could easily reenact that as a night time show.

So, tonight, about 20 minutes before closing I got pulled on stage with Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees. That was really cool. Had a blast, and my kids thought I was pretty cool, which as anyone with pre-teen kids can tell you isn't easy to do. Thanks Universal!

The show itself is very good. But much fewer people are going to it now for some reason. If the attraction doesn't bring in people, it needs to go.
