I’m wondering how they would expand the parks given the Hogwarts Express bean kind of acts as a border to the parks at the moment. Like, how could they creativity hide the HE in potential new lands?

IOA has an entire unused land (Lost Continent), and arguably half of one (Toon Lagoon). I would hope Universal Creative isn’t going to leave it like that for the next 3-5 years...

I was about to say the same. I still think Spongebob taking over Toon Lagoon would be a great spot for it, given it would be a Simpsons-level expansion, and would require mostly cosmetic changes. I’m not sure it would fit in the new park since the IP is (sadly) in decline.
