horrible timing for my family. Mummy is my fave and we were planning a trip for early Spring 2022. Our plane tickets expire September 2022 and early Spring was the only time we could go due to my kid's sports plus we hate the Summer heat and crowds.
Rode mib once and my family is fine if we never ride it again. Same with f&f. Gringotts is okay but if they get rid of mummy my family wouldn't even need to get passes to universal...ioa only.
Would be great if mib or one of the screen rides were replaced with something more thrilling.
I wish they would announce it soon I don't feel like booking non-refundable plane tickets for the last week of March until I know it will be open. That's the only week I can go and it would suck if this and ice breaker at SeaWorld aren't open at that time :(
I scanned this thread and it looks like nobody likes Fear Factor live it wasn't open when we went in November should we see it when we go this year or should we just skip it?
Looks like they do the same stuff but with sucky music and they don't do the bit where the orca shakes it's head no until it gets a whole cooler of fish to eat.
do you think if I go in mid or late March 2020 this will be open? I want to see this and ride the new Ice Breaker ride at Seaworld and both are listed as opening Spring 2020...
My family went 3 weeks ago loved Dudleys and jp. Would love another innovative water ride. Popeyes closed for maintenance but doesn't look good in the YouTube video I watched.
Went 3 weeks ago and rode for first time. Actual ride not so bad definitely not as bad as I was prepared for. Pretty much same as Kong. With that said when my family goes back in 5-7 years we plan on skipping these rides. All FF preshow stuff didn't add anything positive to the experience...
Was there 3 weeks ago waited in line 45 minutes and none of my family enjoyed the ride. I remember liking the ride a lot 20 years ago as well as my family...so much so that I made sure this was the first ride my wife and son rode at universal. Also my son loves the movie ET. This time there...
Better still be there in 5-6 years when my family plans to go again :) Best family thrill ride imo. Being in the dark, the cool effects with fire etc, anticipation of the launch and the drop where you can lose your stomach for a split second make it better than Hagrids imo. It doesn't get any...
my family probably rode this 15 times last week. I didn't ride RRR and Hulk because I have neck/back problems so Mummy was perfect for me. That launch up the hill never got old. I got bruises all over my arms I guess from the quick stop it does but I don't mind the ride was awesome and I hope...
