    Legoland Florida

I'd bet my next paycheck that it's the Starliner coming back.

    Universal's New Park/Site B Blue Sky Thread

ICYMI: Motiongate Dubai will have a huge, indoor DreamWorks land. Will have mini-lands lands for Shrek, Madagascar, HTTYD, and KFP. Should give an idea of what DreamWorks lands could look like.

    The State of Epcot

IMO Test Track 2.0 is the poster child for what the future of Future World should be. Incredible visuals, incredible music, interactive, educational, and fun. I honestly cannot say enough good things about it. They need to capitalize on the facts that we, as a society, rely on technology more...

    Incredible Hulk Coaster Refurb

Surely, the sand has other benefits. I would expect that the weight of the sand makes for a more rigid structure, allowing the trains to conserve momentum. I feel like that's part of the reason Kraken has aged a little more gracefully than Hulk. If that's the case -- and by all means...

Universal Orlando Resort Expansion (Part 1)

Both completely fair and valid points. Probably the only aspect even a plurality of guests would remember would be the Submarine Voyage. I guess I'm more concerned with the fanboy response

Universal Orlando Resort Expansion (Part 1)

It's not just that they have used it; they've used it a lot. 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Journey to the Center of the Earth, From the Earth to the Moon, Mysterious Island, plus he had cameos in both Horizons and The Timekeeper. I'm sure I'm forgetting some.

Universal Orlando Resort Expansion (Part 1)

As much as I love Jules Verne, Disney has basically claimed his collective works at this point. Universal has done some cool stuff with steampunk themes at HHN in the past though. That, I would enjoy seeing at a larger scale.

    Nintendo Coming to Universal Parks

Talking Mario would be really cool. He has plenty of catchphrases.

Universal Orlando Resort Expansion (Part 1)

That worries me. Between Cars Land, WWOHP, and the obvious potential for Star Wars Land, they could sell more merch than any original attraction ever could. When the suits see those numbers, it may be a long, long time before we see non-IPs again, and that's depressing.

Universal Orlando Resort Expansion (Part 1)

Does it have to be IPs though? Sure, IPs serve a distinct purpose: to attract visitors with something they are familiar with. And that's almost all Universal has done because up until recently, Universal has had a hard time attracting people. With Disney's future including Frozen, Avatar, Toy...

Universal Orlando Resort Expansion (Part 1)

I would lose it if Universal built a futuristic, technological, science-fictiony park grounded on science fact. Yeah, it won't happen, but let me have this. It's 100% the programming nerd in me, but a park that celebrates science, inspires the next generation of engineers, programmers, and...

Secret Life of Pets attraction coming? (USH)

So based on the previous discussion that some aspect of Pets will be proof-of-concept for something at Nintendo, given that that is true, it would be safe to say Pets and Nintendo would be at least a year apart, yes? And probably a minor feature? Disaster and FJ were two and a half years apart.

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

Does anyone have an approximate layout of the inside track? Given the size of the outdoor track portion, I can't imagine how much more there can be on the inside.

    2015 Holidays at Universal

Agreed that Uni's holiday game is the weakest of the big three. Truthfully, WDW just dominates this time of year. Uni's efforts are not necessarily bad, but WDW just goes nuts for Christmas. I do wish so badly that they would replace that tree though. I get that they need a strong "tree" to...

Universal Orlando Resort Expansion (Part 1)

On a similar note, there was a discussion on Twitter about how Park #3 could have wide-enough streets to support the largest Macy's parade floats.

    Lionsgate World Resort

Will someone just mock it up in Sketchup/Google Maps and we can give the debate a rest?
