Future of Jurassic Park River Adventure

I think it's a fine line. I can't see the current animatronics getting replaced anytime soon unless there's some sort of conversion over to JW. That opening lagoon scene needs to stay, regardless. Definitely one of the most immersive scenes in an outdoor attraction.

    Studio Tour

    Good spot!

    Tower of Terror

Tower is basically an icon for Disney parks, along with the likes of Splash, Small World, Thunder and Pirates - at least on the Eastern coast. Retheming it would be a huge mistake, and I'd hope that they know that. The theming of RnR is a bit more pliable - as much as I enjoy it in its current form.

    Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)

I'm still on the fence about Dark Fate.. and it really could go either way in terms of being successful. Terminator has boundless potential for themed attractions, and it would have been really great to see T2: 3D overhauled to incorporate the newer film as well as staying true to the first two...

General Discussion - Jurassic World: The Ride

    * Is the lighting on the waterfall different from originally? Looks really nice. The queue is a great refresh, too - nothing drastic but there's lots there to maintain attention.

General Discussion - Jurassic World: The Ride

The outdoor animatronics are all the same, right? Some of the movements look like they've been restored, but the Parasaurolophus still sticks out as the weakest one. As some others have said, the old raptor area before the lift hill seems a bit empty. Hopefully there's some effects in there...

Jurassic World: The Ride Construction Thread

I didn't catch it when it was still uploaded, but it's around on other channels if you filter by upload date. I'm just curious as to why it was removed, because aside from the quick glimpse of the animatronics, there wasn't any major information in there that wasn't speculated or confirmed...

    Magic Kingdom (General Discussion)

WHY. They have a new table service restaurant planned for Toy Story Land that this could somehow be implemented into if needed. Country Bear Jamboree is a huge part of what makes Frontierland. Please don't be true..

Jurassic World: The Ride Construction Thread

Great to see the walls down, and what a fantastic job they've done with refreshing the area as a whole. Revitalized is the word I'm thinking of here :hail:

The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man (IOA) vs. Revenge of the Mummy (USF)

Sometimes easy to forget that Spider-Man shares the same show building/facade as The Mummy over in USJ.

The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man (IOA) vs. Revenge of the Mummy (USF)

Spider-Man is in a league of its own, really - I can't fault one thing about it. As for Mummy, it's probably the best direct replacement of an existing attraction that Universal have ever done.

Such a great addition to the showbuilding  I really like the look of the archway signage, too - much better than in the earlier photo.

Jurassic World: The Ride Construction Thread

I seem to remember they changed it a few years back, as the Hollywood version doesn't benefit from the extra "track" before it starts to curve towards the unload.

The reskin is definitely a major improvement. It's always great to see more foliage in the parks, too - and the lower lot could definitely use it.

    Universal Studios Japan General Discussion

I noticed it on several videos last year, but I wondered if anyone familiar with USJ would shed some light on what's happened to the trees from Jaws? It was never as densely covered and forested as the Orlando version, but with the Nintendo Land construction right behind, I wonder if they're...

Jurassic World: The Ride Construction Thread

Even without seeing how this turns out, I hope the same. I know each version have their respective pros and cons, but I think the reveal of JPRA is one of the most immersive moments you'll find in a park. Putting some of the aging technology aside, it's a simply beautiful setting. There's no...

Jurassic World: The Ride Construction Thread

The screen element for that scene was inevitable, but I'm not mad about it - I think we should reserve judgement until it's experienced in person. I'm intrigued as to how the start of the ride plays out now, and how this Mosasaur interaction transitions back into the external scenes. The space...

    Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)
