well, the Slipknot Singer and actress Melissa Joan Hart ( Sabrina teenage witch) were both vaccinated and both catch covid recently, they are okay of course, but as for the vaccinated HHN actors, it will probably take a week or so to feel better. it was still a little rough...
I see, so only happy comments are going to be allowed going forward?
hey, if that's the kind of site you want, then just make it known.
hey, do you think that 90% of the general population that are planning to go to HHN know anything
about how the event will be supremely different this year due...
and that would be fine if they even appeared to actually have a plan that makes sense.
announce masks on all the rides, whatever.
its the "you need a mask here but not there", "we require plexiglass here but not there", "every study under the sun says plexiglass is actually detrimental" crap...
So during the day, i can stand in line, toe to toe, on Hagrids/potter rides/ or any of the other rides that have long wait times as we wind thru the enclosed walkways but at night, when i stand toe to toe, going thru a tent, i need to wear a mask??
hypocrisy you have found a home
so sounds like some form of plastic sheeting between guests and scare actors in the houses, all scare actors everywhere masked, scare actors quitting, and waiting for the next shoe to drop -- guests required to wear masks.
HHN30 - welcome to the suck
i'm so happy you have been an AP for 10 years, i guess i'm not as old as you.
i related a story of what i personally experienced, in an effort to help the person who was asking a question.
for the APH rates at the hotels - yes, you can purchase APH rates online before your AP is activated at the park.
all you have to do is present AP card while at the hotel. Doesnt even have to be at checkin.
example: first time i bought an AP i was able to grab an APH rate at Royal Pacific...
i can get a discounted rate for the 16th tonight if i wanted, but that is a Thursday, I was looking for Fri+Sat (Sept 17-18 or Sept 24-25).
i could not find any passholder discounts for those days for either RPR, HardRock, or Portofino and i have truly been looking since April
sorry if my post caused angst, i never would have thought that posting my decision could set off a flurry.
yes, i have always known that mitigation measures were a real possibility this year, hence the investment of time in trying to find out what was going to happen.
no it wasnt surprising when...
i do drop a couple thousand dollars on a trip to Universal/HHN.
my response that i am cancelling my trip is not petulant or a failure to have any critical thinking.
i have heard from other people that plexiglass is rumored to be going in, as well as other steps to combat the corona.
you are not...
Passholder Appreciation Days - so we get a magnet, early entry (so does everyone else who stays on site), and some special meals we can pay for.
i can hardly contain myself.
Meanwhile, i have been searching most days since April for passholder rates at any of the 3 top onsite hotels for either...
israel study so small? not so sure
Fauci had this to say about the Israeli study
"It could mean that they just are testing a heck of a lot more people who are asymptomatically infected, and they're seeing a larger percentage of people infected. Hence a diminution in the efficacy of the...
Actually, studies out of both England and Israel report that symptomatic disease of the vaccinated from the delta variant are approx the same as the unvaccinated.
Israel, which has one of the highest vaccination rates, is reporting pfizer is considerably less effective against delta than other...
if you are going to rent a car in Orlando, you might want to checkout flying into Tampa rather than Orlando.
I have found that flights to Tampa were much cheaper when i booked.
it is ~1.5 hour drive, but i saved enough money to make it worthwhile for me.
i think you are right
i should be deeply offended at the smallest of things and flip out accordingly.
OR
maybe it would be possible to allow others to have a different point of view
you know, cuz sometimes other people bring interesting ideas to the discussion that you wouldnt have thought of...
wow, 'someone' seems to have hit a nerve.
ok, ok, they used the term 'we' when stating that they dont like Billie Eilish.
dont understand why its such a big deal.
maybe 'they' have a mouse in their pocket and 'are' speaking for the both of them?
lighten up Francis
