This isn't a movie that needs a plot and a linear theme. It's theme park entertainment.
It would be akin to Universal making Harry Potter, but using only the characters from Fantatic Beasts.
Instead of trying to be clever - had the kept it simple, used aspects of the original trilogy, aspects...
Don't have an issue with incrimentel price rises - AS LONG as there investment in new attractions.
The problem lies within they are giving away cheap annual passes to local people of Anaheim and Orlando. These cheap passes need to be stopped.
Could this quiet period be to do with the block out dates for locals with cheap annual passes?
Disney tie their own hands by offering these cheap passes then wanting those to pay with local passes to pay on top to see these new lands. They should do away with them, and offer one top tier pass...
Perhaps allowing long lines and queues would be good for publicity.
In essence trying to be too clever, and give users an experience has backfired also.
That's big problem rite there.
It's silly beyond belief to exclude major aspects of the original trilogy - that is still one of the most...
Had my friends go to Disneyland - can anyone confirm that there is no Darth Vader or Luke Skywalker presence - in the sense they are not in the attractions or any anamatronics etc?
Utter nonsense.
Of course box office matters. 'Merch' matters too - but if all indications appear that the box office (and people watching the movie) is on a decline then it's a wrong trend.
What was the last update for this park? Was it Puss in the Boots ?
Quite frankly the shocking lack of investment in this park throughout the years makes me wonder whether they will carry out any expansion in a normal timely manner.
Can you imagine the utter anger having to wait 70 minutes for this attraction ?!
I was angry going straight walk on. I think someone with a camera gaging reactions on people leaving the ride after waiting 70 mins would be more interesting than the ride.
Fully agree.
Instead of discarding that experience - why not just improve it, make it more modern to the times?
Why switch a form of ride, into an experience that is all over the park - namely 'screenz'.
Apologies if this has been discussed before - but why do Universal not use any fireworks in any of there limited night time shows?
It's the same over in Osaka, Singapore and Hollywood too.
You know what Disney would have done rite? Take the RIP Rockit coaster. Put some carboard cuts out of Vin Diesel around the entrance, and another one of the Rock during the middle portion of the coaster. New lick of paint. And labelled it a brand new attraction called 'Fast N Furious'. (c)...
