What about Pokemon? In a future where Nintendo performs well enough to get an installation in every park, a la Potter, could Pokemon take the combined Simpsons-Kidzone spot?
New York. I'm always one for more rides, and I think Shrek isn't the first priority for replacement (Kidzone, F&F), so it's got some life left in it. Personally, I'd like to see it eat up the Arcade and Mummy's Gift Shop.
This is what I have been thinking since the beginning. Potter is a golden goose, and it's important for Universal to incorporate the mainline characters. And even if it is planned to be purely FB, the (potential) failure of Batuu could cause creative teams to reconsider.
I wonder if that would be acceptable to Spielberg? He wouldn't let ET go, but would "Universal's Classic Movie Ride, with Steven Spielberg" please him as a replacement?
If a Universal Great Movie Ride happens, I think it should be at USF, not EU. Although, I doubt it's likely, because to me it sounds like a Tram Tour with extra steps.
2019: Borne opens where T2 once was.
2020: Major Volcano Bay expansion. New slides, new areas, new hotel, etc.
2021: JP becomes Jurassic World. River Adventure gets rethemed, new coaster opens, as well as a new sit down and a new quick service restaurant. Imo JP is heavily lacking in the food...
