Well, yes this did happen. Over the last few months, the Hulk's mist and Universals' lack of re-furbs on the Hulk had degraded the track therefore causeing rust and mold to cape over the track making the ride alot more bumby and trashing than it use to be. Since the rust problem did grow, so is...
