Pandora is fine. It feels lacking some how. I cannot put into words what it is, but it is missing something. FoP is overhyped b/c it is awesome that first time you ride it. However, once you reride it multiple times, it seems to not be as exhilarating. Honestly, River Journey is the better...
Imagine, lecturing a person who worked on a project about how they do not know what the thought process was. Seriously is like the old guy in College telling the professor how they are wrong.
The show looks great! It is exactly what I was expecting it to be, a montage to your day at Universal...
I really liked it. It is not a top 10 attraction at UOR, but it is fun. I took it as being satirical and understands how ridiculous it is.
That said, I did go in with the lowest possible expectations, which might have helped. I literally laughed most of the ride and just had fun.
At the end...
I guess seeing a character grow and mature to develop relationships with people (or cars in this instance) beyond himself resonates with me somehow? He goes from an egotesticle know it all, to someone that gets it is important to care about and work with others. Most people grow out of that...
Pandora is like the hot girl in high school that had zero personality.
It’s really solid. Disney did a good job with it, but it lacks a connection to the individual. Carsland and Potter work better b/c it has that heart and connection people want.
Y’all realize those are actors that are staring in the sequel and that clip was produced by Disney, right? I’m not saying that kids are not having fun or enjoying Pandora at DAK, but the ones in that video have an expressed interest in ensuring the view in Avatar is positive.
How can you judge merchandise is a success after 3 months? Yes, the Banshee demand has been higher than the supply which indicates it is either a success or is having some kind of issue in the supply chain when it comes to keeping up with demand. I think the test will be long term. Will this be...
Some people just need to admit that they have a preference for Disney. It's completely and totally fine to prefer one or the other. This doesn't have to be a Disney V. Uni thing. It isn't an ultimate fight to the end. Neither is superior to the other in all ways. They both do what they do well...
I do not get the motion sickness argument. I have motion sickness issues, bad issues. I take medicine before I ride and enjoy. Now, I can't ride a lot of things back to back, but I know that. I know how to handle my issues and deal with them appropriately. I don't complain about my personal...
FL based guy here. I appreciate what they are doing to your show building, but really wish they would either extend the rock work or paint a mural instead of the brick look. Same for UOR version.
Stating my opinion, I'm saddened in some ways about this. Those ways are simply nostalgia driven. Going to Sea World and watching the Orcas perform is something I remember from early on. Now, I completely understand the move and I back the decision. It is amazing how much the views of the...
Before I was married, I went solo a lot. I normally would end up meeting with friends for a day or two, but mostly did it alone. I miss it in some ways, but I love spending time with my wife.
I doubt you will believe this because you never believe anything anybody says that isn't knighting up for Disney. In this instance, as in many others, you are totally wrong. I mean really, totally, completely and horribly wrong.
