Does anyone have a picture of a wand from Ollivander's, which is from the birthday category that includes November 3rd?

Does anyone know if any other items from the Noble Collection (other than the wands) are for sale at any of the retail outlets? Just been browsing their website and their website, and there is a TON of stuff that's just asking to be new found enemies with my wallet!

Quick question about Ollivanders: if you aren't the one selected during the show, how do you choose your wand? Is it just a matter of choosing one randomly off a shelf, or are you matchmaked to one?
