Got a ride in tonight. Definitely a smoother experience than before and everything looks incredible.
I was a bit let down by the launch tunnel; definitely miss Bruce Banner's "no,no, nooo!" as the new one just launches with no warning.
The onboard audio needs to be turned up a bit as I...
I got three rides in this week. First ride was row 6 and was crazy though actually a bit rough. 2nd ride in row 1 was incredibly fun. 3rd ride in row 12 was insane and the airtime was actually slightly painful to my thighs. I really loved the ride and was happy to cross a RMC ride off my...
I can tell you the lack of balconies makes the front desk associates' lives easier. What I would give to not hear daily complaints from those who want a balcony and are either not willing to pay the extra or we are sold out.
I had to evac off the 2nd lift hill on Big Thunder Mountain at Disney World. The ride stopped and within a minute all the services lights came on and they announced that everyone should exit the queue and they would be evacuating trains one at a time.
Got to walk down the mountain, had to...

The right side elevator was down and so the...
I can tell you that Starwood will match a third party website's rate if you call in. This excludes "name your own price" deals. Saves you the hassle of having to contact the third party if any problems arise. Plus you can earn SPG points that way.
I saw the extras casting advertisement and they were looking for "park goers," military types, and "bikini girls. "
Bikini girl had strict guidelines
I saw someone arguing with security because he bought a bottle of water in the garage rotunda and then was not allowed to bring it in.
They might need to sort that little detail out.
The beauty of Universal is that almost everything is indoor so as long as you poncho up to get from ride to ride you are good to go. IOA is a different story.
The water effect has been working the last three visits and it definitely improves the effect, but there is always an extra splash about 10 seconds after the aguamente splash. I'd rather have too much water than no water though.
