    New Disney Park Maps

From a practical point of view, these maps are great. Fair enough, they're not as visually appealing as the previous ones, but they'll be useful for tourists. You guys need to remember that the maps aren't as much for you since you know the park inside out, while others may be visiting for the...

    FastPass Return Times Being Enforced

I don't get why this wasn't enforced from the beginning. You know the time you'll have to be there before you even get the fastpass, and then you know how long your wait in the next ride will be and how long it takes to get back to the attraction. The wait time boards are there for a reason.

    Guilty Pleasures in the Parks

Yeah, this is a good shout. We only saw it because Buzz gave us free fast passes for it (even though there was no queue), but it's very interesting. The fact that it was air conditioned on the day of our holiday it was the hottest also makes me remember it in a good light

    Design-A-HHN Event

I know this isn't really Universal's thing, but a couple of houses based on video games (both real and fictitious) would be pretty cool. Horror games such as Dead Space, perhaps? I dunno, just pretty much thinking out loud here.

Dreamworks Opening 3 Russian Theme Parks

This could be the start of something very exciting, a new global player in the theme park industry. However, I reckon the plans will fall through and slowly die out, like many modern day attempts at creating new theme parks do. I doubt I'll ever make it to any of these parks even if they are...

    Guilty Pleasures in the Parks

It's a lot better than the log flumes we have over here, that's for sure

    Best Night Rides at IOA

I'd go for Dr. Doom - the view at night must be amazing! Went on Hulk at night and it was slightly better than in the day imo, so do that too.

    Guilty Pleasures in the Parks

I don't understand why Ripsaw Falls is criticised as much as it is. I prefer it to JP as it's fun and the ending is brilliant. Gotta love the view from the top, too. Would be saddened if I never got to ride it again.

How Long Do You Spend in Islands of Adventure?

I normally try and go for as long as possible since I live abroad, but I feel like its a park where you can see everything in just a few hours. Most of the day is spent reriding.

    Stitch Replacement Ideas

I don't think Stitch is as bad as you make it out to be. I've ridden on AE (albeit I was only 6) and while I can see that the original was superior, the current ride still has a few enjoyable moments and I still think its a decent ride. Would definitely like AE to return though.

    Disney International Programs

That's pretty interesting, I'll have to look into it further. Now that I think about it, it'll have to be 3 months during my summer time but hopefully that should be enough. Will keep open about it.

    Disney International Programs

Just out of curiousity, I'm considering this in a few years once I start university and after checking the website, it says the maximu.m paid work length is 3 months, while you said a year in your OP. A year is something I would much prefer, is this actually a possibility?

Alton Towers Secret Weapon 7 (SW7)

They look like standard brakes to me. I'm hoping there's no trick track element and the worlds first has something to do with the cars, but I'm pretty open about the whole project.

    Test Track 2.0

Although I haven't been on the updated version, I'm a bit skeptical about the new theme. I loved the old theme as it felt a lot more fun and Disney-esque with the mayhem of the testing centre, and the new theme (from the videos I've seen) seems a bit lifeless. I do like the added interactivity...

    Do You Like Dr.Dooms FearFall?

I find Dr. Dooms Fearfall very well themed, although admittedly the ride itself is a bit forceless and boring. That said, I ride when I get the chance and the views of the park it gives are fantastic if you're lucky enough to face it.

    Mitch Hawker Polls 2012-2013

I kinda expected there to be a thread about this, but for those who may have missed it, this years steel coaster poll has been up for a while, and closes in a few weeks. The Mitch Hawker poll allows users to vote for their favorite rides through the process of ranking them in order, and uses a...

    Best Simulator in Orlando?

For me, it has to be Mission: Space. Although I haven't rode Despicable Me, most classic simulators feel the same to me, but M:S really threw me off guard. Great ride, and feels very forceful.

    What Does IOA Need?

From a foreigners point of view, who hasn't been in so many years, it makes sense for them to install at least one large coaster somewhere, and then maybe enhance the other areas, with new smaller rides, extra theming, etc.

    The Incredible Hulk Roller Coaster

The Hulk's looking fantastic - can't wait for me to see it in person!
