    Howl-O-Scream 2021 (SeaWorld Orlando)

There's still quite a bit of unused space in that building, and permits were filed a little over a week ago for two of this years houses, so its probably a house.

Jurassic World VelociCoaster - General Discussion

Did you actually roll backwards down the top hat? I've never seen what happens before it comes to a stop in launch two, but we were in the station and saw the relaunch from the monitors in the control booth. Watched them manually jog the train forwards and backwards a whole bunch of times before...

Jurassic World VelociCoaster - Reviews, Photos, & Media

I finally decided to take a day off from riding this thing and took some photos of it:

    Theme Park Artwork

Here's a slightly higher res version I scanned and uploaded to Tumblr (lol) years ago. I still have the original collateral, so if you want a super high-res 300dpi scan I can do that later today!

    HHN Past Website Recovery

Do you need the sites to be functional on the web, or are you just looking for the full backups/files from them? I'm the guy that originally archived all the sites from 2004 on, so I still have the full rips on my computer. I can zip them up and send them via Google Drive if need be.

The over the water roll is starting to go in:

Pipeline - SWO Surf Coaster (Spring 2023)

WildGravityTravels went out there the other day. The only track still visible outside Clermont is the IC2-K invert track for Gröna Lund. Back in February there was some purple track and some light teal track for unidentified projects, but those pieces are no longer there. They were likely for...

Pipeline - SWO Surf Coaster (Spring 2023)

Just a clerical thing. Each new installation is represented by a letter, A-Z. Once they installed 26 inverted coasters they were out of alphabet letters, so they started using IC2 and started over at A.

Pipeline - SWO Surf Coaster (Spring 2023)

When I made the initial post about this on Reddit yesterday I made sure to include this disclaimer after several people were re-posting the news without any context: ... this new evidence that it could potentially be a surf coaster is NOT an indication that the project it still currently...

    Serengeti Flyer (Opening Spring 2023)

I posted this a week or so ago on Twitter, but it's very likely this is a 2020 project. The completion date on the permit is January 4th 2021 and these permits typically have very generous completion dates to make sure work is done before the written date.

    SeaWorld Orlando's Future Plans

The permit the author of that OBJ article was talking about is the SFWMD permit for this same "Penguin" project on the festival pathway. The author simply correlated the codename of "Penguin" with the Penguin exhibit. Not sure why they didn't bother doing any further research, but oh well.

CityWalk Orlando Updates & Changes General Thread

Yeah, initially when it was Motown it was all one large venue. It's been divided up into separate spaces over the years.

CityWalk Orlando Updates & Changes General Thread

Yup, it was the Decades Cafe Arcade during the last few years of its life. Initially it was the very large Motown Cafe. Eventually they converted the bottom level into an arcade and the top floors remained the dining and bar portions.

    Serengeti Flyer (Opening Spring 2023)

I'd love it if it was one of those Zamperla Giga Discoveries. I've only been on the smaller Huss versions of those kinds of pendulum rides, but the queue is divided into two separate corrals before boarding, so one of those would fit in with how this appears to load. Plus, it doesn't use...

    Serengeti Flyer (Opening Spring 2023)

There's plenty of on-going discussion about this project here starting from November: What's next for Busch Gardens Tampa?? | Page 57 | Inside Universal Forums What's next for Busch Gardens Tampa?? | Page 58 | Inside Universal Forums But to summarize: It's some kind of outdoor flat ride...

What's next for Busch Gardens Tampa??

Like I said before, the Screamin' Swing is just a guess based on the queue design and Busch's history of installing similar attractions at their parks in subsequent years. Realistically it could pretty much be any type of small ride that fits into that new area behind the Rhino Rally queue. And...

What's next for Busch Gardens Tampa??

Here's the plan overlay from the article: A few notes - Screamin' Swing is totally a guess based only on the fact that BGW just got one and the layout of the paths coming out of the queue building. It could literally be anything, as Busch files their plans with the SWFWMD completly stripped...

HHN 29: When are You Going?

They haven't done anything special in recent years, and crowd levels that night entirely depend on what day of the week Halloween falls on, but it's usually at least moderately busy. And to add to the topic at hand - just bought my Ultimate FFP+Express, so I'll be there most nights!

    HHN 29: Anarch-cade

I'm super excited to photograph this zone. I bet it'll look amazing after a rain shower with the glowing neon lights from the arcade cabinets reflecting off the wet streets.

The Universal Studios Florida That Almost Was

The older imagery came from the FDOT APLUS image archives, and the newer images are from the Orange County Property Appraiser - they update their map with new imagery from Januray of every year - the high-res stuff started in 2012.
