It's incredible to me that those pictures don't scan as "Star Wars" environments. They look more like Adventureland. Outside of the ride and the various ships parked around the place, I haven't seen much that registers as Star Wars.

While the TripAdvisor reviews continue to be dreadful with numerous 1-star reviews appearing each day, the good news is Universal has begun publicly responding and reaching out to some of those reviewers. It at least gives the impression that they're taking the negative publicity seriously.

When you market a "water theme park" and raise customer expectations, you invite this kind of critique. As Disney and Universal continue to raise prices, the customers have a right to expect a "no expense spared" approach.
