Mardi Gras parade got cancelled tonight because of technical difficulties

I’m not sure it’s running at full capacity still. The wait is at 105 min now and it’s a weekday. The last trip I took in October it was never above 75 min. It actually went up to 180 min now.

Vamos is a pretty good show. But I love music shows, especially with talented singers. At least Celestina Warbeck is still there and the Blues Brothers, although the quality of Sing It was much higher than Blues Brothers was imo.

I really miss the Sing It show. They are really very talented singers.

I would be very happy if this goes through, since I live in the Netherlands. To me a big advantage of a UK location is that everything can be in the English language, so you don't have the language problems you have in Disneyland Paris. Als regarding travel distance, it's a lot closer than Spain...

I know it's not the right thread, but I just wonder why Universal is not reconsidering the Krefeld, Germany location. They where pretty far along with those plans as I recall, and it's pretty centrally located in Europe.

After doing HHN 3 times now I feel I can rate the houses from best to last. 1. Monsters, a beautiful house. I also like how long it is and of course lots of good scares. 2. Stranger Things, must admit I’m probably biased because I’m a big fan of the show. Really well themed but scares are so so...

I do appreciate them changing out shows once every couple of years. I hate having the same show for like 20 years. Personally I didn't think Harmonious and Enchantmant where that bad and I don't like that they lasted only 2 years or so.

Every year I'm hoping for a Sci-Fi/Alien house at HHN, and every year I get dissapointed :lmao:

That’s actually a great idea to use that stage there for small shows/musicians.

I would love a completely new Universal park build from the ground up in Germany, I live in the Netherlands which is pretty close. And flights from the Netherlands to Barcelona have gotten pretty expensive, so it's getting harder to justify a weekend trip there.

I loved Rivers of Light and really miss it, especially the original version. I didn’t get the feeling it was that unpopular since the theater was filling up frequently. I really wish they are going to use that theater again for something else (not Kitetails) because it’s really wasted capacity now.

Just rode Tron tonight with a cast member friend. The launch is very powerful and the outside section is great. The inside section however was dissapointing to me, it had a lot of brakes and isn’t that fast and kind of a boring layout. I prefer Guardians.

I rode it yesterday and waited exactly 60 minutes. The sign said 75.

After doing all 10 houses with Express last Sunday here is my top 10: 1. Dead man’s Pier (obviously, such a beautifully detailed house) 2. Bugs ( I laughed the whole way though the house, loved the retro feel and just plain fun) 3. Halloween ( big sets, nice to see it in a soundstage) 4...

I did end up buying the Frequent Fear with Express pass. Probably will have to cut back on some other costs now (food, cheaper hotel) but it’s at least reassuring I don’t have to deal with extremely long lines now.

I'm really having a hard time deciding on buying Frequent Fear with or without Express this year. Any thoughts on expected crowd levels this year? I was there last year on the last two weeks of October and they where very busy with several sold out nights. But this year I'm going on the last...

Thanks for the info, this sounds amazing, especially since Ridley Scott is involved with both. Would be amazing to have some kind of Alien/Predator presence in the Disney theme parks as well, although these franchises are pretty dark and not so family friendly.

Hopefully Disney/Hulu will reprise the Alien franchise as well, given the success of Predator/Prey now.
