Disney isn't building another park in Florida any time soon. DHS and DAK are half-day parks at best and they're struggling to revitalize them enough as it is.

As one who digs the thrills but doesn't care for scares, I like the newer version better. I rode FJ 5 times during softs and because I'm a big chicken, I had my eyes closed during half the live set portions. Now to just convince baby sister to ride it with me :lol:

I still think the premature hype they created is what has done WDI in. If they hadn't made such a big deal about the project and announced it before Cameron's signature was even dry, they probably could have shelved the idea by now and already broken ground on something more interesting.

I don't think a LotR land is such a far-fetched idea. I got a couple surveys from Uni about 3 years ago asking a whole host of questions about a potential park based on it. I think it's been in the works for a while but they're still looking for the space and the money.

I can't imagine that they would replace one of few family rides in USO. I think that the lorax ride is far more likely, especially considering what little there is for children at IOA.
