    HBO's Game of Thrones

I think the reason the last two seasons have felt off is that there is no source material anymore. They're literally going off a basic outline. The shoddiness of the writers is showing through. It's still good because the characters are that good and they're not their creation. They still have a...

Secret Life of Pets attraction coming? (USH)

I would take it over Fast & Furious.

    The State of Epcot

That would be a huge pavilion. Looks like they scavenged the old Venezuelan pavilion idea, also.

    Universal's New Park/Site B Blue Sky Thread

Fantastic Beasts really lends itself well for a theme park. Would love to see a trackless dark ride through the suitcase.

    Universal's New Park/Site B Blue Sky Thread

@tielo There was an insane amount of money poured into this, I just don't see how they get that money back.

How long will The Simpsons Ride last?

Too bad Simpson's isn't an actual SFX coaster/dark ride.

Fast & Furious: Supercharged - General Discussion

I can understand TF, it's a fun ride and if I had the choice between a HHN house or a nice dark ride attraction, I'll go with TF. I will never understand F&F. That was a nice size plot, it's a shame it's being spent on a queue. God, I hate that franchise now. Had this been used for a SLOF dark...

Was the haunted house a ride or walk thru?

The State & Future of the Monorails (WDW)

Wasn't it a few years back there was a push for a new fleet but that was nixed by Meg? Can't remember clearly, but I want to say yeah, but the price, like everything WDW related, was astronomical... Or that was the line.

    Volcano Bay: General Discussion

But you'd be opening with a very slim window for good water park weather. A water park's business revolves around the seasons and you'd be kicking yourself in the nuts opening that late. You'd want to have your grand opening for a water park in May and get the summer crowds and hot weather. Not...

The Official "Use of Screenz" Thread

It's getting really hard for me to get anyone to want to go to UNI on my vacation because of the screens, as it makes a few folks motion sick... The bad thing is, they were good with a couple rides (Gringotts is a huge hit with us), but one on top of the other. We skipped UNI completely my last...

Pandora: World of Avatar General Discussion

That is hilarious. I've already got the dragon set in my budget when I take my niece. I saw the pictures of them and was like, "yeah, there's no way around it. I'm gonna have to buy one." Great review/info btw.

So Many Changes at Walt Disney World

Oh, they've been at that point for over a decade. I know for a fact they do voodoo book keeping to get their bonuses. Like shutting down half a resort when it's half filled, thereby filling said resort. They've gotten away with raising prices and not investing in the parks forever, because they...

So Many Changes at Walt Disney World

The increase in ticket prices is based in pure greed, because they could get away with it for so long, with the mindset they could offset anything by raising ticket prices. I've learned the lesson to stay off property about 5 years ago. And it increased my vacation enjoyment infinitely, not to...

Fast & Furious: Supercharged - General Discussion

I still think Paul Walker's death was a big reason people went to see 7 and why I don't think 8 will even come close to those numbers.

Pandora: The World of Avatar Announcement, Construction, & Preview Discussion

Simmer down. The physical set portion is what the screens set up. It would be just another EPCOT film without it. But it does have it, so...

Pandora: The World of Avatar Announcement, Construction, & Preview Discussion

Totally disagree, too many AAs and physical sets. The screens bookend the ride and are part of the experience, not THE experience. I don't know how TT is screen based, though. It's not like Gringotts.

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge (Disney's Hollywood Studios)

It's the poster, not so much the post I think they were replying to. Jimmy had several identities over on Magic and intentionally started a lot of crap for attention.

Fast & Furious: Supercharged - General Discussion

    It's from the movie Dogma.
