Comcast just finished the deal for DreamWorks and can use the IPs in the parks right away. Majority of members here feel that DreamWorks attractions will likely go in the third Park. Assuming this, how would you like to see DreamWorks in the existing parts right now?

It appears Artegon might be up for sale. This land and the undeveloped property just south of it are big enough to put a theme park or hotels plus parking and more. Does anyone know if Universal is ever considered purchasing Artegon? It is very close to the Universal main property.
