Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

The roof projections as a whole are pretty awesome! Its nothing too noticible, but just adds a bit more detail and realism to the attraction. Its pretty cool seeing the bugs just crawling about on the roof etc.

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

Kong did not open with the park today.. Anybody know why that could be? I know it's softs, but just found it a little odd since it seemed to have opened with the park the last few days. :stun:

Jurassic World VelociCoaster Construction Thread (Opening June 10)

IGN posted an article and kind of stated that creative was somewhat involved with the development of Jurassic World to start designing possible attractions as stated in the section of the article below: "Marshall is keen to point out that the Universal Studios theme park has been involved...

Jurassic World VelociCoaster Construction Thread (Opening June 10)

Went on the Jurassic World website today, and they have updated the site with more material. Under the Velociraptor tab they added a picture which would make the most sense for a raptor meet and greet. What do you guys think?

Fast & Furious: Supercharged/Nighttime Studio Tour

I don't think the media will be a fraction of the size, isn't the reason the 360 screens are so long in Hollywood that they project the same media for each car on a tram? So if they cut the screen size down to accomodate only one car wouldn't the media remain the same size?

Fast & Furious: Supercharged/Nighttime Studio Tour

Couldn't they just put half of the ride on one floor and build the other half on a second floor? Plus the tour trams are really long, if orlando only uses one car then it could probably fit since the 360 screens would only need to be a fraction the size than the one in Hollywood.

Fast & Furious: Supercharged/Nighttime Studio Tour

I was thinking more towards the T23D building. Although the existing building is too small they could probably expand it behind the shops, and expand it into the backstage area between ET and Terminator and if they need more space there's always the possibility of tearing down Gardens of Allah...

Its just off to the left with a false track coming out, and some lighting effects to make it seem like its a waterfall.

I could see them doing something similar to this as an overlay of Rip Saw Falls for Skull Island expansion.

Wizarding World - Diagon Alley Discussion - Part 3

The miniature with the cutout dragon is for the screen projection in the final scene. In the picture after it you can see a cutout of Bellatrix and Voldemort standing on a rock.

    King Kong Speculation Thread

Maybe the show building has 1 or 2 major scenes with animatronics, and the rest of the show building houses a giant ferris wheel type device. Except it lifts the cars and a 360 degree screen which would give them a larger capacity allowing multiple cars to be in the main part of the ride. Also...

    King Kong Speculation Thread

I could see it having multiple show floors leading up to the top with either elevators or maybe ramps. Then at the end it could be like transformers, and have an elevator take you back to ground level while you are watching the screens.
