Does anyone know if things are running any smoother today? These next few weeks are vital for Universal there needs to be signs of progress before the park gets a bad reputation. I'm hopeful we will see those signs then we can find the next thing to complain about ;).

Apologies if this has been asked before but what is the bottom of the wave pool like? Is it smooth like aquatica or that horrible stuff Disney use that cuts you to shreds?

Slightly disappointing there's no FX or scenes but at least it sounds like a really good ride.

I think the main difference is meant to be in things like the volcano eruptions, I mean at the end of the day it still has slides, a lazy river and a wave pool so of course it'll play the same music found at other water parks. Didn't mean to pin you as a fanboy just seemed a bit strange that...

I think it's safe to say that my expectations for this land and in particular FOP are increasing with every review that comes out, really looking forward to seeing it for myself in September. Hopefully this really kicks off the war between Disney and Universal cos at the end of the day we will...
