As much as I would love a Mystic Manor ride stateside, I'm not sure how popular it would be long term. When I visited HKDL it was pretty much a walk on and was the only ride I did twice. Might just be a function of its ride throughput?
Will the pools be identical or does on appear to be better featured (based on what we know). I'd like to make a booking but just can't seem to decide between the two.
The description of the interactive elements reminds me of the old Image Works at Imagination pavilion. I know when my kids were younger, it was hard to tear them away from the exhibits.
The few times I experienced it, the Cylons capturing the tram and directing it into their spaceship always gave me goosebumps. Love their mechanical voices! Isn't there a new Battlestar Galatica series coming to Peacock by the Mr. Robot director? Perfect throwback!
Tears in eyes also here! I'm 67 so I dont usually look to far down the road, but I sure as heck am looking forward to this! I'm thinking Sept 2025 for my trip.
Thanks much. I can assist her with stepping up into the ride vehicle and she should be ok stepping out if down. I will have her wheelchair as she can walk from the front to back of park without total exhaustion.
Can anyone tell me if when boarding, do you fave to step down into the car b4 seating, or do you walk into the car and sit. My wife had a muscle disease which makes it difficult for her to step up out of a vehicle and with the quick dispatch times, I worry about her holding everything up. I've...
If you can't stand for extended periods of time or are a little wobbly on a.moving platform when there is nothing to hold onto, would you say this ride is out for this person? If you are using a manual wheelchair can you ride on the moving walkway? I guess u could shoot through the glass?
I'm really happy this is such a success and I can't wait to experience it in real life in Orlando. Gee, I may have to get out to LA before! Of topic but after getting home from the movie, the grandson was doing Mario jumps ino the pool with fist held up shouting "Look at a Meee"!
Saw with my 6 yo grandson today in an almost full theater at 1015 this morning. There were several showings, almost every 30 minutes or so. A very fun and colorful movie. I'm old so was an Atari 2600 player in HS in college. We do have the switch and plsystation 5 but only one Mrio game so...
I was there on Monday and while waiting in line at FJ (for 65 minutes)_ spoke to a couple from Utah who were on a cruise and did the Universal excursion. They told me they waited in line for over 2 hours when the ride broke down and the line was cleared. I really felt badly for them as they...
I'm flying down from the Myrtle Beach airport to Orlando next month for my birthday, spending 3 nights - only 49 each way on Spirit - direct flight.....I am going to Universal though for my actual birthday :)
Any shuttle service btw the hotels? Otherwise I guess we could do bus to parks and then walk to boat launch to Hard Rock Hotel? I'm assuming we can use boats? I guess we could UBER also.
I had Creep Crawlers set when I was a kit. You used "plasticgoop" to fill the molds and make fangs eyeballs and even scars. Of course you ran the risk of burning yourself and getting a real scar. I also had vacuforms, but I am ancient.
I have to agree. Wife and I saw on Christmas Day afternoon in an almost empty theater. Enjoyed but two minor issues for me. First Antonio Banderas voice in the opening singing number seemed very scratchy to me. I wonder if his voice is shot. Second, I didn't like some of the animation, I e. when...
Just one data point...I'm going to be in Orlando a week from Friday pre cruise. I was going to use my annual pass to pop over to the parks as I'm never there at night, but honestly now having second thoughts. I'm too old to be dealing with stuff like this.
