*WILD AND BASELESS SPECULATION COMING* What if they split it, half for Jurassic World, half for the expansion of Marvel?

Jurassic World VelociCoaster Construction Thread (Opening June 10)

Don't be, there were some earlier in the thread predicting it won't get over a billion. Though picking between $800,000 and $1,1000,000,000 seems a little too wide ;-) Reading back there was a lot of scepticism on here about JW and its potential to basically be a success. I can't help but...

Jurassic World VelociCoaster Construction Thread (Opening June 10)

I'd take the space between the Discovery Center and Forbidden Journey instead, so you force people coming from Hogsmeade to the front of the Discovery Center, which looks far better than the back, plus has the lagoon view (something which is quite wasted at the moment - they should open that up...

Jurassic World VelociCoaster Construction Thread (Opening June 10)

$511 million dollar opening weekend, most popular film in every country it opened in. They'd be insane not to do something big to take advantage of all that. And I too wonder if there are at least some tinges of regret over locating Kong there.

"We wanted to create something that would be a little bit less arbitrary and episodic, and something that could potentially arc into a series that would feel like a complete story." - Colin Treverrow, though he's also said he won't direct a sequel

Um, Brooks Brothers, Burberry, Cartier, Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Rolex and Tiffany aren't high end?

    Project 727

Given the theme of the ride, I'd expect they'd use the new marquee they have on the Avenue of the Americas side

    Universal Studios Florida's 25th Anniversary (2015)

Given Kyle's a WWE fan, I have a feeling Vince McMahon is to blame; for the way he constantly abuses the "anniversary" claim. For example, if WWE ran the park, they'd be claiming this year's HHN is the 25th anniversary HHN.

    NBC Sports Grill Brew

Universal blog post about it - mentions as well as classic foods like steak and burgers, they'll also have unique items like crab scotch eggs - which led me to spend the past few minutes wondering what a crab scotch egg would taste like, and I still can't decide if I'd like it or not.

    Disney's World of Color

They launched a new version of WoC last week to mark DL's 60th - World of Color - Celebrate. It's hosted by Neil Patrick Harris - which is bad timing for Disney as does seem the bloom is coming off his rose slightly since his poor Oscars performance.

The Future of Wet 'n Wild

But the argument OrlandoGuy was making was that there was land OTHER than that at Wet N Wild that Universal could use - so that discounts the land under Wet N Wild and its parking lot, and they're not going to want to build a resort surrounded by the WNW parking lot, Best Western and Hampton Inn.

The Future of Wet 'n Wild

Unless you're talking something unworkable like replacing the soundstages with a hotel, is there really "plenty" of land to build hotels/CityWalk clones on? Where? I feel like I'm being stupid and missing something obvious.

It is, though the Tonight Show studio is only on the 6th floor

    Shrek 4D Memorial Thread (USF)

Starbucks? Or some kind of restaurant? Would make sense as it has a patio type area that'd be great for outdoor seating

    Project 727

Seems quite risky to anchor an attraction with Fallon like this, especially internationally. Seems a little bit of a waste too, given a more general "30 Rock Tour" could include Saturday Night Live which would given endless opportunities for funny skits, plus a look back at the history of NBC...
