I was expecting it to be simply awful. However, I actually quite enjoyed it, found i quite fun.
For me it was the queue that was terrible. Seriously, Fallon is just not at all funny.
I cant wait to go, will definitely be there in dec/jan - plenty of time for everything to get sorted.
A couple of questions I haven't seen asked or mentioned
Once you get a 'ride now' alert, is there a time limit on how long you have to enter the line?
Will VB close over the winter months like...
FX rate is currently a drop of 10% from June 24 to today.
However, calculate it from the February, and its a 6% drop to today.
A far bigger drop occurred in summer 2008 when it fell from over $2:£1 to as low as $1.36 - a 30% drop.
6% doesn't feel significant enough to me to explain the...
I saw it too just a few hours ago, though it definitely said 'Water Theme Park' at the end.
I only noticed because of what I'd read on here, so I was on the lookout for it.
Not quite, Shigeru Miyamoto says he is Italian, but there's nothing else behind it

Mario & Pizza - Thought I remember a seeing it somewhere
They need to get rid of both, desperately.
Fear Factor is easily the worst show in Orlando, and last time I saw Animal Actors, it wasn't a great deal better. AA worked in the 90s but times have moved on. FF was garbage the day it opened.
It's a huge space granted, is that the Spiderman building to the right? I'd say that again would just about fit.
Is there anything in the area covered by trees next to the lagoon in-front of the area you've drawn?
If not, moving the path out to a lagoon side path would open up even more space.
That sounds familiar.
I probably have it on video somewhere from my first IoA trip just a few weeks after it opened - I filmed a lot of the shows back then.
When did you visit? I first visited BGF in '97 and thought it was lightyears ahead of anything we had in the UK at that time. I think in the last 10 years UK parks have upped their game somewhat though, though I don't think any really do very good theming outside of immediate area of each...
We call it :poop: on a stick, because that literally what it is.
Imagine compressed mixed minced lamb formed from goodness knows and mixed with goodness knows what, then stuck on a stick.
In the takeaway restaurants, I have never worked out how the are legally allowed to use them as it breaks...
I agree that expectations certainly have changes over the years, but don't forget with a family they can leave even the smallest houses whenever they want; the captive animals can't.
If you were going to be locked into an enclosure for the rest of your life, I'm sure you'd want that enclosure...
I love your insights, but I would love it even more if you drew it over the pictures.
This wasn't so difficult, but sometimes I find it difficult to see the location of what is being described
How many days do you have in total and when are you going?
IIRC is quite pricey to add on, depending on those factors I'd consider if it's really necessary as then you won't see very much of anything - it'll all be a blurred rush.
May be better to just spend all day at one park, MK particular -...
Which despite have gone at some pretty busy times of year, I' cant recally the line getting much outside of the castle....
Does anyone remember a load of rope switchback to the left of the castle...looked like a huge area, did they ever use it? Is it still there?
Anyone know how much they're spending on this? All this work seems it would be quite pricey.
Without knowing the reasons they've deemed this necessary, I'd have thought it would have been better spent on a new ride rather than ripping down what seemed to be a perfectly good coaster.
Agreed.
I'm not convinced Avatar is going to impress in terms of its rides. I think it's going to be like Fantasyland expansion, very pretty to look at but scrath below the surface and there's nothing of any substance in terms of what we come for....the rides.
A Soarin' clone D-ticket and a...
But If I have a ticket that includes it, what stops me from parking for free and just going straight to a theme park or city walk? Unless they scan the ticket and take for admission at the parking gate.
