    The Future of PortAventura

They could always close the park if they want to a big rebrand instead of replacing sections at a time. They would still probably be able to get this up and running before whatever they'd build in the UK, and that's assuming they get all the necessary approvals to build there. I just can't see...

Universal's Epic Universe General News & Discussion

Two restaurants are named on the blog post from Universal: Atlantic and Blue-Dragon Pan Asian.

    Celestial Park (Epic Universe)

From the official Universal blog, Starfall Racers will have an easter egg of some sort. Dueling Dragons reference?

SeaWorld Entertainment Corporate News (Old Leadership Thread)

Should've just went back to Worlds of Discovery imo.

Universal's Epic Universe General News & Discussion

Everything looks incredible. Celestial Park and Berk are going to be the highlights for me. Looking forward to the full attraction lineup, though calling a dancing fountain an attraction is definitely a reach...

Universal's Epic Universe General News & Discussion

I could’ve sworn I saw the name Celestial Gardens going around… Celestial Park sounds a little weird with it being just one part of the park.

    Universal Great Britain

This forum is very Anglo-centric so you’re never going to convince a lot of people here that building somewhere in the EU makes more sense over the UK. But yes, I have to agree that building in the EU automatically gives them a bigger potential market. Spain and France are the most visited...

    The Future of PortAventura

I think it depends more on the return they can get at each location. Building in the UK might cost less, but could they spend a little more to end up with potentially double the amount of visitors? There are a lot of pros that PortAventura has over building in the UK imo. Salou is already...

    Universal Great Britain

It's nice that the land purchase is confirmed but hard to really get excited until more plans are revealed and there's an official groundbreaking. There have just been so many unsuccessful proposals to build a "world-class" park in London and the UK. Of course, with Universal financially backing...

    The Future of PortAventura

Politics/rumors/insiders/etc aside, a park makes more sense in Spain vs the UK just based on the weather alone. Will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

    The Legend of Zelda (Live-Action)

Sounds promising but kinda surprised Universal isn't producing this.

    Universal Studios Singapore

None of that includes the golf course so it will be interesting to see if the park ends up expanding even more.

    Universal Studios Japan General Discussion

Are the IPs used during Universal Cool owned by Universal? Would be nice to see them in the US parks.

Tropical Americas w/ Encanto & Indiana Jones to replace DinoLand?

The Asia and Africa lands don't represent their entire continents either. I don't think Disney themselves said "Tropical Americas" so I'm assuming they'd go with a different name if this actually does happen.

Tropical Americas w/ Encanto & Indiana Jones to replace DinoLand?

Really hoping that the "Tropical Americas" name is not official since this would basically just be South America. Not sure why Indiana Jones is included when the IP already has a decent presence (and room for expansion) at Hollywood Studios, but I guess it does fit. Mainly glad to see the...

Not a big fan of single-IP lands at the castle parks, but it does look nice.

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

Forbidden Journey and Spiderman take up about the same amount of space, so there was opportunity for something even better there. It's not terrible, but definitely a notch below the other E-tickets at the park imo.

The Future of Springfield/Simpsons Ride (Hollywood)

They should keep Simpsons until they're ready to make this a Tokyo/Pokemon land.

    Universal's Epic Universe Construction Thread

It'll be permanent until they build something similar to CityWalk nearby, which I think happens by 2030 at the latest.
