    Star Wars Launch Bay

I enjoy Star Wars, but this is overkill. This park was my favorite as a kid, but it has become the tackiest of all the Disney Parks. I'm telling you, next year will be a mess! It will stay that way until Star Wars Land opens, which will probably be unfinished when it does open.

Is that Kong's head on the right side?!

Captain EO closing permanently December 6

This is..I can't even..:huh: Imagineering at its finest. I don't understand what they're going for with Epcot, but it's a mess

    Are Shows Universal?

In my humble opinion, Universal is certainly lacking in terms of shows. T2 3D is pretty good, and my personal favorite is Beetlejuice (although the newest version is horrendous). I read an awesome idea here on the forums (might have been a rumor), I couldn't find it so kudos to that person...

    Spaceship Earth Questions

That's a cool thought, not sure how high you go but Mickey's been on top of it, lol.

That's cool, what are the chances they took this picture with the water in Jurassic Park River Adventure drained? Lol

    Original Universal Billboards

Yeah, I agree! There's a whimsical feeling of being so close after driving down. My wife and I always preferred driving over flying. You just don't get the same satisfaction from a short plane ride as opposed to a road trip :)

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

Does anyone know the size of the temple? I'm assuming the pictures don't do justice. I haven't seen it in person, but judging from the picture Teebs posted ^ it looks enormous. That's no small lift, and the temple entrance dwarfs it in comparison. Also, the new detail on the rock work does...

    Next Attraction To Go?

I think T2 is a great show, I'd rather watch it than ride Transformers (which I think is a missed opportunity on an amazing ride ).. Also, saying it's "outdated" is debatable. I think the Mummy is outdated, but is an excellent ride that's not going anywhere for awhile. T2 is one of...

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

That sounds like the original Kong figure.. I watched a documentary on it, and the creator mentioned the mechanics were very simple for such a visually complex animatronic. You could actually stand in the head and watch the guest react to Kong. Pretty cool stuff..

I want to add that the Disco Yeti was amazing for the short time it functioned, but is irrelevant now..but I digress :P

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

Not to get off topic (I think 7-8 minutes is awesome btw), but do we have any update on the AAs in this ride? This aspect of the ride has me the most pumped, and will no doubt be the highlight of the ride..I heard Kong will run.. Similar to the Carnotaurus at AK? How advanced are we talking...

Fast & Furious: Supercharged - General Discussion

I will say that as much as I dislike the F&F franchise, that sounds amazing! If this attraction takes up as much space as speculated, it better knock one out of the park.. I wouldn't bet on Uni using that much space if it's not worth it.

It's looking more like the 60th-ish..

    Next Attraction To Go?

Isn't a Jimmy Fallon Experience attraction replacing Twister? It had a huge crowd capacity, and a low wait time on the busiest of days. Also, I think they toned down the effects over the years..I remember it being more intense than my last experience in March.

Is that confirmed? Also, we actually have to wear glasses?? That's ok I suppose, I'm ok wearing glasses in Spider Man. I just want to know what's tangible and what's not.

Fast & Furious: Supercharged - General Discussion

Sorry guys, I noticed all that was covered. Anywho, what a waste of space if this is accurate! :bang: It seems the new fad is making entire lands devoted to franchises. The others I can understand, but Fast & Furious.. I mean THE Fast and THE Furious, no 2Fast 2Furious -Ugh!:faint:

Fast & Furious: Supercharged - General Discussion

What type of attraction is this? Dark ride similar to ROTM, or is it primarily a screen based ride comparable to Transformers? I wasn't impressed with the former, honestly. Sounds exciting, but I'm not a big fan of the movies.
