People have brought up running the Horror Makeup Show during HHN but I imagine that is easier said than done. Instead, how about using it as a meet and greet with characters in rotating sets? It's already horror themed and the characters could be on the stage.
We are hoping to go to Scary Farm next year so I was looking at the ticket options for this year. We will also be visiting the park during the day. If you have a daytime ticket and a scary farm ticket for the same night, do you need to leave the park? Is there holding area for daytime guests?
Has anyone watched From on Amazon prime/MGM+? First season really hooked me and ended up binge watching 2 season in 2 1/2 days and I rarely binge watch anything. It's kinda of a horror drama and people have said it reminds of the show Lost. I've never seen Lost so I can't make comparisons...
@TheCodeMan95 Hats, stuff from your pockets, bags are all pretty typical. I was just taken back having to remove my eye glasses.
@Mad Dog We have been going to Hershey for 4 decades as well. Lots of great memories and I sure do miss the old entrance. I don't mind all the coaster...
We just got back from a 2 day family trip to Hershey Park. It was our first trip to Hershey in about 5 years.
We rode Wildcat's Revenge and loved it. It was our first RMC so no others to compare it to but I still prefer Velocicoaster slightly while my son was the opposite. Ride ops were...
The only place we could not use them last year were at the hotels. We also grabbed a couple of extra and brought them back for our HHN trip later in the year.
I am a big emo music fan but I don't see My Chemical Romance getting a house. Their imagery is not quite HHN horror. I could see them getting a creepy type zone with Welcome to the Black Parade. Their album Danger Days leans more horror in its post-apocalyptic theme but it also deals with...
Nah, they weren't special. They were just the ones that came with the phones so they work great. It was our own fault for forgetting them but if we could get them back, it'd be great. And thanks for the number. I'll give them a call tomorrow.
We checked out of Cabana Bay on Tuesday and shortly afterwards (within 10 minutes) realized we left our phone chargers in the room. We went to the front desk and explained what happened and they sent security to the room to open it for us. I guess housekeeping had already checked the room...
I just got back from Universal on Wednesday. We only went from Monday to Wednesday and I totally expected high crowds on Monday and maybe Tuesday. Both Tuesday and Wednesday were busier than Monday (the day after Easter) We have done Universal at different times during the year and I have...
Didn't whomever is in charge of HHN (sorry, I can never remember which department it is) get to see episodes of Stranger Things season 3 before they were released in order to incorporate that into the house? Could the same thing happen this year?
I think Chucky would be the bigger draw for...
I've been talking with my almost 19 year old about what would click most of the boxes for the horror adjacent IP but popular IP for his generation. The only thing he can't pinpoint down is truly headlining. But his guesses are Coraline, Goosebumps, Scary Stories to Tell In The Dark.
And on...
Thanks both of you. We ended up doing NY stay and scream on Saturday and it was so different than previous years. I actually liked that it was so much bigger and open. We just chilled and only got in line for Brides around 5:20 and were still pretty close to the front of the line.
We were...
A little late to this but I definitely can't wait for food and merch announcements. And not quite HHN but I'd like to know if they are doing any of the more of the less scary Halloween stuff from last year. We had fun doing the Scarecrow Stalk and liked being able to dress up. We have two...
