I'm a huge fan of Sting Alley. The ambiance is great and the scenery is fantastic. It's quite possibly the most immersive spot on property. Definitely worth checking out sometime!
I believe a similar tour is also available for ROTM. I have yet to check either out, but I do admire the fact that they are offered free of charge. I have no doubt the mouse down the street would charge an arm and a leg for a similar experience. :ears:
Today I found an interesting bit of information. According to Wikipedia (I know, not the most reliable source, but this was backed up in both The Simpsons Ride and La Ronde articles), The Simpsons Ride will be opening in La Ronde in May 2017. Does anybody else have info? I couldn't find any. If...
Last time I was there (the second or third weekend of HHN) there was a bit of a goof. Arnie's gun was left on the stage from the last show. Kimberly Duncan had to awkwardly whisk it away.
Anyway...as much as I'll miss T2, I do dig the concept of a year-round haunt, and part of me hopes this...
Honesty, I'm pretty conflicted about this. On one hand, T2 is one of my favorite attractions, and it's honestly timeless. On the other hand, I've been waiting for Uni to open a year-round haunt for years. It's like a little taste of HHN all year.
I wonder if they're going to utilize the entire extended queue for the store. It is quite large and arguably could fit a whole house if the team wanted.
Does anyone know if they've started constructing the Sprung Tent facades? I'm pretty interested to see what they're going to do for TCM. Entering the side of the house (like in Halloween and Insidious) doesn't seem like it would work too well given the shape and layout of the house in the film.
I'm really hoping they utilize Sting Alley this year. It's a great location that could provide some amazing scares. I don't know why they haven't been utilizing it recently. Even walking through there in broad daylight is enough to give me the creeps. That place is filled with eerie vibes.
I was able to dig up a photograph of this. I found it on Tumblr some time ago, but I can't remember the poster. If anyone knows, please speak up so I can give proper credit.
Y'all who live in Orlando are lucky. I envy those who might see Kong today. All I can do is longingly watch from Maryland as I await my trip. :saywhat:
While I love the concept of Rockit, it was executed horrendously. First of all, the coaster itself is majorly flawed. It's only been open around seven years, yet it REQUIRES a Hulk-style refurb at this point in order to be rideable. The ride is simply painful. Why is it that Hulk, operating for...
