Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance (DHS)

So I finally got down to Hollywood Studios to ride this attraction yesterday. We arrived around 7:15am and waited in line for rope drop. They let us in around 7:40 and we immediately setup a boarding pass. didn't get so lucky and our boarding was 72. We waited all day and into the late...

Probably more like a 3 hour wait not a 8 hour wait. Not counting rain delays/mechanical issues.

General Discussion - Hagrid's Magical Creature Motorbike Adventure

Single riders was open once in the main outside queue. It wasnt much shorter and you skip a ton of the interior show scenes. I actually remember seeing a few of the single rider people that switched to single rider go on just a few coasters before us.

General Discussion - Hagrid's Magical Creature Motorbike Adventure

We got in line at the turnstiles 730AM yesterday and with the rain delays it was around 6PM when we finally got on the ride. The TMs made sure to give everyone water in the broken lines every 20 mins or so. At queue 3 (Poseidon back lot) they started selling snacks to the lines and once you...

Best Restaurants around Orlando (Non-Theme park)

Bentos on sand lake is great japanese fast casual. As for pizza, I'm still all about blaze or pizza press, but if you want more...Lazy Moon is a hike up to Mills Ave., but you definitely get a large slice.

The pretzels are closer to 9.95 with AP discount...and still less than the Epcot German pretzels (which are cold most of the time)

CityWalk Orlando Updates & Changes General Thread

The Big Pretzels at NBC are the best snack out of any place in CityWalk. Vivo is a solid Italian restaurant, especially for the price. Antojitos is the out of place one to me...definitely not authentic like they claim to be.

CityWalk Orlando Updates & Changes General Thread

Speaking to the zillion screens vs 1 screen, at this rate eventually theaters will just be a bunch of salvaged boeing 737s in a room where everyone gets their own screen to watch. Hah Larger screens are always going to be a spectacle that has my attention, but that thinking is not as common for...

CityWalk Orlando Updates & Changes General Thread

Down in Hunters Creek/South Chase...the hole in the wall theater there has luxury recliners, love seats, and even beds in some auditoriums. Not to mention a full bar and a decent food selection, and 5 buck tickets on Tuesdays. I know the theater at City Walk will always be an after thought for...

Jurassic World VelociCoaster Construction Thread (Opening June 10)

As a local, I think a new coaster will attract a ton of local AP guests, possibly bringing in new ones as well. We don't have many coaster parks in Florida so it's great when any new coasters are added to the lineup. Add universal level theming (even on a smaller scale), and you can guarantee...

    Universal's New Park/Site B Blue Sky Thread

Really any HP merch is just printing money at this point. Margins on wands have to be hefty, and Im sure they sell one or two of those things a day. You could build several coasters with the profits from hogsmeade giftshops easily.
