I wouldn't expect that. I'm expecting an opening date to be announced during the fall. Announcing an opening date a year in advance is a horrible idea.
This is a huge reason why I moved away. If your car breaks down for any reason you are extremely screwed. It's not that hard to have efficient buses and I'm not sure why Orlando is so against the idea.
Magic Kingdom has 30 rides? Am I missing some here?
Magic Kingdom Railroad
Jungle Cruise
Pirates of the Caribbean
Aladdin spinner
Tianna's Bayou Adventure
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Rivers of America
Haunted Mansion
It's a Small World
Peter Pans Flight
Carousel
Little Mermaid
Seven Dwarfs...
They won't do that though. It's IP or nothing at all. So I'll take what I can get.
Besides, the "themes" to 99% of guests can be boiled down to Fantasy, Future/Countries, Animals, and Movies. They don't care whether something "belongs" in a park or not.
Do you mean the Supercharged building? Not happening, there's no room for it to make its way to the HRRR plot (I used to work for the company and trust me, there's no room on the backstage for it).
This one isn't a Power Up Band game, so I'm assuming the lines for it won't be too long after the first few days. Same with the Music Blocks after they inevitably come over from Japan. They're just extra stuff for people to do.
There's no way they announce everything planned for the future at D23, even if everything is locked in. I'm expecting Tropical Americas, the Test Track refurb, and maybe an updated piece of Beyond Big Thunder concept art. That's it. They haven't even announced details for Tropical Americas yet...
It's from county permits. That's pretty official. You can deny it all you want, but it would be weird to have this on permits if it wasn't getting built.
Maybe general improvements? Or smaller flat rides? I dunno, unless Six Flags is doing this as a prank it seems pretty official.
Or maybe they're for 2026?
