I actually don't think the park is nearly as bad as most people are saying. Do keep in mind that this isn't Disney or Universal or Seaworld moving assets into a water park but a brand new company still figuring things out with themselves and the market around them. It ain't perfect, hell it...

I thought of something recently. Since we already have the Nintendo brand deal, I doubt it would be too awfully difficult to come up with ideas for a Luigi's Mansion themed house. The cramped corridors would work well, and the fact that the entire place is already fully laid out would help a lot...
I've heard from one of the chefs working for DHS that Pizzerizzo isn't doing nearly as well as they hoped it would. Personally when I went the place was practically dead, so it might very well be true.
