I was on the Studio Tour today and we drove right through the theme park expansion site next to/ behind the Lower Lot. Our guide hinted/ speculated that it will be Nintendo Land. Knowing the layout of the Lower Lot, I'd imagine the entrance would be to the left of Transformers and the land...
I just went to Wizarding World and other parts at Universal yesterday, for the first time since November and documented it on Instagram. I have a blog post about it here:

It will totally be in the Lower Lot. They announced a major expansion for the Lower Lot and the announcement of Nintendo coming to Hollywood is a slam dunk for that. The Lower Lot, even with three great rides, is still pretty underwhelming and Nintendo Land in the Lower Lot would match well...
I hope it's not Hello, Kitty, but I doubt it. It would make sense for Universal to retheme Cartooniversal for a Hollywood or New York themed shop, since Cartooniversal is completely out of place with all the new scenery. I'd imagine it would be another shop or restaurant, but we'll see!
Loved the projections and John Williams is still really rocking it out, considering he's now in his 80's! But why didn't they let the actors speak? I would've loved to see Tom Felton or the Phelps twins speak.
Do you guys know if they are live streaming the Red Carpet Gala tomorrow night? If so, what time does it start? So stoked to see a similar opening ceremony they had in Orlando also come to Hollywood.
I actually like the new mural on the Shrek building. The trees in front already blend pretty well, even with scaffolding. It will obviously be better without though.
I was there early this morning and they were filming a special for E! and even saw Alan Gilmore walking and on camera! They were filming inside of Hog's Head at one point.
The Walking Dead also does not fit in with the London theme at all as the entrance will probably be on Baker Street. Not even close to being as huge nor likeable as Harry Potter. Although one positive thing about it is it will probably help out with crowd flow in the Upper Lot, knowing that...
It'll be really awesome to see USH surge up to twice as much in attendance this year, which could probably happen. USH attendance has already surged from 4.3 million annual visitors in 2009 to 6.8 in 2014 (from Theme Park Insider), and I'm sure it's already gone up in 2015, though they probably...
If only Disney California Adventure's Hollywood Boulevard could look more like this. These facades look just as wonderful as the Hogsmeade ones, but are they animated? USH has seriously gone a huge revolution in theming :)
There are so many rumors about Diagon Alley and there's a thread for it here. Diagon Alley certainly seems like a tough build for USH vs USF, as Hollywood's park is smaller and on a hill while Orlando has two large parks on flat land. I'm surprised to see that they would be starting...
It did occur to me, you definitely can't see the Studio Tour loading area from Potter which is great. But if there were no trees or greenery in the land in Hollywood at all, that would be worse.
That would be awesome. They probably wouldn't do anything like that until their April 7th opening though. I've also heard that the red carpet premiere of the Wizarding World will be April 5th. I wonder if a good number of the HP cast will come out again like Orlando for just a couple of them.
