    Future of Toon Lagoon

I remember when the first episode of Spongebob premiered and, for the first time with a NickToon, not enjoying it. So personally I would not want this to happen, but I can admit that it would be popular with the public. I do agree that Toon Lagoon needs a dry ride, IoA's biggest problem to me...

DreamWorks Land coming to USF (2024)

I got to visit USH last week for the first time in 20+ years and while I'm sure it's not practical I really wish we were getting the Dreamworks Theatre/Kung Fu Panda thing in this land, I was quite surprised by how much I dug the whole experience.

Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Ministry of Magic (Epic Universe)

I highly doubt that when you enter a shop the employee will say "Ah what a beautiful morning in 1927 it is!" or the bartender will remark "Isn't it great knowing that the stock market will never crash?". They are saying 1920's Paris because the only time we see Paris in all Wizarding World media...

How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk (Epic Universe)

Anyway... my thoughts on this land has always been that while HTTYD is clearly popular, it hasn't broken through to the point where everyone has at least some familiarity with it, and because of this it would be a mistake to make a land in one of the existing parks where it would be the center...

    Dark Universe (Epic Universe)

Look at the incredible fidelity to the source material over at Super Nintendo World! I kid I kid but it's undeniably a little strange for Universal to finally really embrace the monsters and choose Generic Monsters instead of Universal Monsters.

    Dark Universe (Epic Universe)

This is the land I'm most excited for but that Dracula is terrible. More specifically it's terrible for Universal to use; this is the off-brand Dracula who would pop up in a Netflix show or at Six Flags, but Universal owns the iconic looks for these characters so why on earth wouldn't you use them?!

How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk (Epic Universe)

My circle is a mix of people who don't have kids (like myself), people who have pre-k age kids, and people whose kids are all grown and the response is the same amongst them all. I think if you didn't have kids in a certain age range at a certain time these films didn't really appear on your...

How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk (Epic Universe)

I think the land looks nice but every single person who I have talked to about this park offline over the last 5 Years has given some version of "What's That?" or "Huh never heard of it" when I tell them there will be a How To Train Your Dragon land in this park.

Super Nintendo World - Hollywood (General Discussion)

Damn it, that's the day I've already booked for my first time at USH in 20+ years, I'll only have the first half of the day to be in the park, and was really hoping for light crowds, and it feels like any hope of that has just gone up in smoke.

Universal Studios Florida: What Do We Think About It?

So from the early 90's to the late 00's I visited Universal like a million times and consider them my 'Home Parks' but since then, for various factors that have nothing to do with my love for the parks, my visits have been much more rare and spaced out. To my eyes Studios has changed a lot more...

Tropical Americas w/ Encanto & Indiana Jones to replace DinoLand?

Big Picture reactions - Disbelief that they are pulling this pitch meeting on stage poop, maybe we will build this or maybe we will build that, two years in a row for the same land, embarrassing. If you aren't ready to make announcements don't invite everyone over. That their plans are seemingly...

Universal's Epic Universe Wish List & Speculation

And I am very excited to see it (as cautious as I am for how much of a stretch it will be for a Paris land's main and potentially only ride to be set in England) but is the UK Ministry part of the land or part of the ride? The most Star Wars-y part of Galaxy's Edge is the Star Destroyer parts of...

Universal's Epic Universe Wish List & Speculation

Would I be crazy to call the Paris section of this park Wizarding World Batuu? A killer E-Ticket based on a beloved property stuck in a land that no-one has any preexisting emotional connection to. Unlike Hogsmede, Diagon Alley, Pandora, or Radiator Springs, no fan of Star Wars has ever dreamed...

Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts

While I do believe that guests are more cognizant of how often they are putting on and taking off glasses than they are of looking at a screen, the solution is building more rides that don't require 3D Glasses not removing them from the rides that were designed to utilize them.

Universal's Epic Universe Wish List & Speculation

It feels a little odd to me to be so strongly against puns and jokes for a land based on a franchise in which one of it's most famous films stars Abbot and Costello.

Universal's Epic Universe Wish List & Speculation

Recently I was having a conversation about all the empty theaters at Universal and it made me think about how one of my biggest theme park regrets was not attending Pandemonium Cartoon Circus back in '99, which had me thinking; we seem to be certain what attractions will open with the park, we...

Super Nintendo World - Hollywood (General Discussion)

I just found out I will be in LA on Feb 15/16, I'm currently juggling a couple different options for what to do and USH is certainly on the list, but if I spend all that time and money and can't get into Nintendo World I don't think it would be worth it. So what do we think are my chances that...

The Current State and Future of Universal Studios Florida

Thinking about it more I think part of the problem is just that the park doesn't have enough rides, and because of that any repeating element (and there always will be repeats be it fire, water spray, screens or roller coasters) feel more overwhelming to some guests because it is hard to have a...

    Avengers Campus (DCA)

I mean surely you just have it reversed, An alien being of dubious morality landed his museum right near Disneyland so The Avengers built a facility near by to keep a close eye on it, seems to make sense to me as much as any other theme park land does. As for the Spider-Man ride, it's nice to...
